Our trip had to be pushed back and Thad was easy to work with and understanding. We thought we were going to possibly cancel the day before the reservation and he was still willing to work with us. Can’t thank him enough.

We had a great stay and will book again!! Actually slept better than I’ve slept in a while!! Host are very responsive and super nice!! 😊

Courtney and Ike's Alta Vista apartment is a lovely place to stay for short-term and long-term rentals. I enjoyed my stay so much I am hoping to extend my stay and return again if there is no availability :). The apartment has everything one needs to feel at home. The internet is fast, the laundry machines are great, and there are many places to sit outside comfortably with privacy. The apartment is tastefully decorated with many windows to provide light and fresh air if needed. In addition, the location is unique and naturally very beautiful. Courtney and Ike are very responsive and reliable when one needs any help. Thank you for an awesome stay that exceeded my expectations!

We came down for a 3 day fishing trip. This place was ideal. The location was close to food, gas stations, ice machine, HEB, and bait stores. The best were nice and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed. We brought a boat down which was a little tricky but doable ( I only say this to caution people with a boat) it’s not a negative comment. Everything we needed was there. I really loved the decor. We come down 2 or 3 times a year and I’m going to look for this place first on Airbnb.
