The apartment is exactly as in the photos: cozy, well decorated and with a wonderful view of the mountains. The building is super safe and the location is excellent, with a charming coffee shop on the corner, which offers impeccable service. It is about a 20-minute walk from the main squares and sights. We received food orders by app without any problems, the delivery was made directly at the reception, which was very practical. Communication with Lorel was great from start to finish, always attentive and quick to respond. The apartment is well-equipped and ideal for two people. We had a very pleasant stay and we definitely recommend it

What a wonderful home! Very comfortable and clean and quiet. Neighborhood is located in a residential area, near public transit and walkable. Plaza closeby has a small grocery store with all the essentials. Would highly recommend this place!

Mariela has Sergio as a co-host. I had already stayed in Sergio's apartment and through him I came to this apartment. Sergio is an excellent host and Mariela was very kind. The apartment is very conveniently located, a 4-minute walk from the Open Kennedy and Arauco Park. It is at an important intersection in Santiago and with excellent roads to get around. It has everything you need to have a very good stay and everything is impeccable (the appliances: coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, hair dryer, etc. are in perfect condition). The rooms are very comfortable and everything is clean. The view is wonderful!!!! Definitely a place to come back. The place is great, super close to the subway and restaurants. The fact that you don't need a key and have an electronic lock is also great. Two pieces of feedback that I think are valid: have a blackout curtain in the bedroom and leave at least one bottle of water for when the guest arrives. Other than that, the apartment meets the needs for a short stay.
