This is the best airbnb experience I have ever had and me and my dog loved staying in this paradise for 5 days. Tiziana and Hubert are the nicest people imaginable and straight from my arrival I felt their warm and welcoming vibe as they showed me around and offered me wine and snacks. They were also super flexible regarding check-in and check-out, which I really appreciated. There are so many beautiful trails just outside the house because the house is in the middle of a nationalpark and the view from the house is simply mesmerizing. I spent so many hours just admiring that view! Hubert rebuilt this magical house and it has so many enchanting details. I would have loved to stay longer and definitely plan to return. I highly recommend this place - you will feel invigorated after a stay at Casa del Monte. Thank you so much Tiziana and Hubert❤️

The apartment was exactly according to our wishes and ideas. We were here with our children (4 and 5 years). Thanks to the pool, the distance to the sea was also perfect, about 25 minutes by car. For example, we spent the morning by the sea and the day by the pool. The perfect day. In the village there is also a pizzeria which is also very good. The apartment has everything you need. Also worth mentioning is the quiet location. Marco is also a very good host. He responds very quickly to questions and is also happy to give tips. Would we spend our vacation with Marco again? Stay at apartment hosted by Kristian and Gabriele was exellent. Place was clean, peaceful, hosts were kind and there was breakfast provided. We visited advised restaurant and it was one of the best dinners I had in Italy. We also made a little walk around the hills.

Historic residence from 17th century with pool

Beautiful stay in a beautiful country home. My college aged daughter got a 5 week internship at an operhouse in Novafeltria (25 minutes from the property), and we planned a family vacation for after job ended. We stayed at this property for 4 nights, and we couldn't have picked a better place. The grounds were so peaceful, and the pool was perfect in the evenings after a day's worth of activities. The house was immaculate. Kitchen was very well outfitted, and Carlotta even included a few breakfast items and a cake. Beds and linens were super comfortable, and the AC in each bedroom was effective and welcome. Ravenna is about an hour away, and the beach in Rimini is just a half hour from the house as well. We rented a car in Bologna and drove in to this property, and it was very easy to get around and to the beaches and towns. Thank you Carlotta, for sharing such a beautiful place.

The house is beautiful, comfortable, all the amenities are impeccable, they make you feel very well received and at home. The service from Barbara, the owner, was excellent, attentive to everything that was required and with wonderful treatment, seeking to assist in the kindest and most special way possible.

A shared swimming pool area features a large, clear water pool surrounded by a well-maintained lawn. Colorful sun loungers and chairs are positioned near the pool, offering a relaxing outdoor space with views of the surrounding landscape.

Nice and spacious apartment. Quality furniture and beds. Huge terrace. Nice and large pool which was regularly cleaned by the owners. The property apparently is rented out by Belvilla, however, all our contact was directly with the owners who are very kind and helpful people.
