Excellent house, with good infrastructure, equipped, clean and organized. It is well located, with easy access, and with a beautiful privileged view of the mountains. Ana gave all the support and was promptly clarifying the doubts. Fabiola, a daily housekeeper included in the package, also helped us with breakfast, lunch and cleaning. Super recommended!

The Sítio Boa Vista is simply spectacular , the physical facilities are top notch , with architectural richness and refinement in decoration, quality furniture and unquestionable good taste. Top-rate bed, bed and bath linen. Not to mention the beauty of nature that surrounds the entire property. We take beautiful photos. And it also has the 5-star service of the housekeeper Joaquim and his wife Maria do Carmo , duly advised by Mazé , who do not miss anything at all. Our experience was unforgettable. A great place for a large family. The house is well equipped , very comfortable, excellent beds and the view is really stunning. Very easy access, it is very close to Guaramiranga. Would recommend.

Cordeiro and Caseiro Cezanildo were very kind and helpful. The check-in instructions were clear. We have had an excellent time. The house is in excellent condition, maintenance and everything is exactly as shown in the photos. We will certainly rent Cordeiro's house again in the future.

Very large house, a great place to go with the family, Renan was always available to answer questions and advise on access to the house. The only point of attention is access, for those who have a low car the ideal is to go with it lightly and carefully, as some stretches are more difficult. Overall is an excellent location, as is the one described in the listing.

A very nice house, all very well taken care of, Val, who received us is a very nice and helpful person, we hired her day labor service and was worth every penny.

We stayed and felt comfortable in the house's environments, there are accommodations for more than 15 people, contact with nature is the difference. The negative points are the road to the house, which in fact is not the best, low cars had a lot of difficulty and the issue of the sauna that apparently is recurrent and left something to be desired.

Triplex do Mirante is a beautiful home in a beautiful region of Ceara. The views from all areas of the house are breathtaking. It is a very peaceful place and is very remote, which makes driving on the local roads a bit challenging, but it's definitely worth it. Also, elderly people and very young children may have some limits to where they can go in the house/backyard, as there are many levels and steps to navigate. But, again, this is a hidden gem that my family and I would love to return to one day!

The stay at Sonia's place was excellent! It's close to the center and we don't need to travel by car there. It also has several restaurants on the outskirts of the house that are within easy access. During the stay the microwave oven stopped working and Sonia quickly brought us another one! Sandra was also very attentive and helped us with breakfast. I'll definitely be back!

The stay was wonderful. It is an environment for those who want to disconnect from big cities. The place is so good that we didn't feel the need to go to Guaramiranga. The view is magnificent! The place is great for big families like mine, 11 adults and 3 children. The attention of José Luis and his mother made us feel at home. For those who go by small and low car, access seems to be difficult, but it is super quiet. We went in small cars (Corollas and Onix) and had no complications. The natural pool trail is really cool to enjoy nature. The internet is very good considering that the site is in the middle of dense vegetation. Anyone with a small child (2 years old) needs to pay attention to the balcony in the main house.

The house surprised us positively. When we arrived it was beautifully decorated for the Christmas period. We were very welcomed by S. Tonho, the housekeeper. The house is very large, well cared for, well organized bedrooms and very well structured kitchen. Through a trail we have access to a natural pool that is part of the property. We love the house and will mark the return. Only the access to the road there that requires a little attention if the car is low, otherwise everything is perfect. And very close to the center of Guaramiranga. Ideal to be with family. Note 1000!

I spent an unforgettable weekend in this mountain house! The place is extremely quiet, ideal for those seeking rest and contact with nature. The view is simply breathtaking, providing unique moments of contemplation. The house is impeccable, with all the facilities working perfectly. The caretakers were very helpful and attentive, always available to help with whatever was needed. One of the great highlights was the heated pool, which allowed us to enjoy relaxing moments even with the cold weather of the mountains. In addition, the outdoor area has a fire pit and barbecue, perfect for gathering friends and family. For leisure time, the house offers several board and table games, ensuring fun for all ages. I highly recommend it for those looking for a retreat in nature with comfort, hospitality and great entertainment options.

The house is beautiful and well-equipped. Comfortable beds and furniture in great condition. Clean and nice home. Contact with the host is quick and effective. The only drawback is access to the house because the paving is bad.

Helena is super attentive and the housekeeper is very helpful! A little far from the center (about 15 minutes) but the path is quiet. It's the kind of place to go and enjoy! It is good to take everything you will need, such as food and water, because there is no grocery store nearby. The house is wonderful, super clean and fragrant. Comfortable beds. Super-equipped kitchen We'll be back for sure!
