Waterfront vacation rentals in Paço de Arcos

We spent a few days at Nathy's apartment which has a beautiful ocean view. The accommodation is impeccable and very well decorated . Nathy welcomed us very well upon arrival and provided us with all the information we needed to have a good stay. And also, we had a basket filled with sweets, wine, bread and more. I recommend this very well located and exceptional accommodation with this magnificent view of the sea and 5 minutes' walk to the beach.

Ideally located, a few minutes' walk from the sea, crossing a pine forest. The view from the terrace is an undeniable asset and everything is provided for a great stay. The bikes available are a very pleasant plus to reach the city center. Ivo responds to requests and is understanding. I would recommend this place and its host.

We loved our stay at this beautiful apartment. Not only does it provide the amenities as listed but they also have beach toys and things to use. The apartment was so comfortable and a wonderful place to watch the world go by. We absolutely loved our stay and cannot say enough wonderful things about the apartment. (The only thing to be careful of is the apartment is on the 2nd floor with no elevator. Not a problem for us but might be for some. )

Diogo was a great host, met us at the apartment, helped us with our luggage and gave us recommendations for local restaurants and bars. Throughout our stay he was easily reachable. This apartment could not possibly be in a better location. There are amazing restaurants everywhere you look, the square across the street has a little cafe where you can get anything you want seemingly at any point. Coffee in the morning, spirits at night before turning in. Just about everything in Lisbon is walkable from this location. The apartment was very spacious and clean. It was a little warm when we were there but the portable fans were a great touch. The street outside is noisy but I was stunned it was dead quiet inside the apartment once you close the windows. Antije's small attic is an intimate, quiet place, overlooking the Tagus and the city's rooftops. Located in a very central area, close to 5 minutes from the bus, Apolonia station, and the subway. Antije is a perfect host. Very kind, ready to give advice based on the needs of the guest, advice on what to do in the evening and where to dine, advice on cultural events taking place during the days of stay. One thing that is worth more than all, which were also perfect, is the very comfortable bed. It's not easy to find super comfortable beds, but the one in Antije's house is!

Great location with many nearby restaurants and bars and cozy accommodations with great views.

View from the balcony was absolutely out of this world. I would recommend this stay to anyone who loves a morning coffee or evening sundowner and in a stunning setting. Overall rest of the apartment is as advertised. The place is lock up and go with easy access. As it is top floor there are some lower ceilings but you get used to that quickly. Also the entrance stairs will keep you fit. Place is a must stay in Lisbon!!

Great place to stay! Walking distance of beach and train station to go to Cascais and bus to go to Sintra. Beautiful view of the ocean from the wide window.

I remember reading a review of one guest saying how this was the nicest ABNB they ever stayed at, and i have to say that this was spot on. the location and view are spectacular. the house excellent. Highly recommend staying here. Host was also very responsive and a pleasure to deal with.

We had a wonderful stay here. Just enough space for a family of four, with loads of handy bits and bobs around the house for the beach - we loved the hosepipe to wash the sand off outside! It felt like an incredibly thoughtfully designed place. The only other thing we would have wanted was dedicated parking, but there was a car park very close by, so no real problems on that front. Thanks for a lovely trip!

We hosted an intimate wedding at the Quinta and everyone loved it. It has nice views morning and night. The quinta is big to have some family stay over with us. Antonio is very responsive whenever we need help aswell. A little bit hard to find on google maps or uber/bolt, but you just need to be clear on instructions for guests coming. Sintra town is very closeby too, lots of parking space if you have car 😊

Amazing place, the view is so incredible, we spent a really great time at the villa, it is peaceful, beautiful and private! If I come back to Portugal I would definitely want to come back! Thank you again for everything!

we chose this beautiful house to spend a stay my wife and I with a friend, her son and daughter-in-law. Ideally located, the listing photos speak for themselves. The living room is very comfortable, the kitchen is perfectly equipped, nothing missing. The bbq is of very good quality. The pool is nice and the ocean and sunset views are simply breathtaking. You are greeted by the hosts who show you around the property and finally tell you, here you are, you are at home before leaving you. Lurdes and Luis are lovely. They come every three days at the end of the day to water the vegetation, take out the trash and maintain the pool. This is done very quickly and it is possible to exchange a lot of information with them. They speak French very well. The beaches within a ten minute drive are beautiful. We'll definitely be back.

Such a special place! The beach house was wonderful to stay in, waking up to that view and the children being able to run down to the sea was amazing. The beach house was very clean and just as described and the host very helpful & responsive. The host also recommended the local restaurant and what to get so we had gorgeous grilled fish delivered to the house each night. One of my most favorite holidays, we can’t wait to come back.

Luis's apartment is the best. The truth is that it is well located, in front of the beach, you are a maximum of 20 minutes by Uber from downtown Lisbon, you have supermarkets nearby and also a sushi restaurant right next door that is amazing. So when you return to Lisbon, Luis's apartment is the place.

We had a lovely stay here, the apartment was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. August and Teresa were fantastic hosts making sure we were okay and gave us recommendations. The pool was a real bonus, especially on warm days and when the beaches were busy. It’s also in a great location for exploring the area, with easy access to both Lisbon and Cascais. Would happily recommend!

The apartment is great, spacious, comfortable with a beautiful view over the sea. Very luminous and bright. Pedro and Teresa were really accommodating as I arrived late. Definitely recommended!

Beautiful apartment in a great location! Apartment was very spacious and beautifully decorated. It made us feel very at home and easy to relax. Location was in short walking distance to many sightseeing locations and the water front, which had many wonderful restaurants. I would highly recommend Ameri’s home.

Great location with a great place to watch the sunset at the end of the road. Barbara was quick and always responsive. Sometimes noise late at night but this was due to the celebrations for St Anthony and Portugal day and was quiet on the other evenings. Noise also during the day due to building works opposite but we were out all day and didn't bother us. Overall a great place to stay, lovely apartment, great location and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Lisbon!

Very clean place, and convenient location. The shower is small and the tile is slippery. I think it’s ideal for two adults or maybe 2 adults and a small child based on the size of the apartment.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment with our two small children and recommend it highly! The space is well-furnished and everything was very clean when we arrived. The bedding was so comfortable that I had to see where they came from so I can order my own, and the upstairs AC unit worked very well. The host even left some lovely snacks for us and toys for my kids to play with. The stairs were definitely challenging because we had a baby and stroller with us to carry up and down each time, but I think the amenities and view are worth the climb. Would absolutely recommend this property and host, thanks you!

Fantastic location close to lots of great restaurants and bars. Handy also to luggage storage if you have a late flight out as we did. Totally recommend and also Flora and Fauna - 30 metres up the street for a fantastic breakfast
