A very cozy, pleasant and nice place if you're looking for something downtown. There are several options to go around the apartment's perimeter, from food to parks. I would definitely stay in this apartment again.

Linda is a very friendly host, she was always attentive to make us feel at home. There was a small mishap (our mistake) which she solved quickly, a quality that speaks volumes about her and her constant commitment to providing her guests with a pleasant and comfortable stay. Jorge was a great host. He met me upon my arrival and helped me get settled. He also came as soon as he could to help me relight the water heater that had blown out from a strong wind. The shower had good pressure and nice hot water. The apartment is cozy, and super quiet for work, and sleep. Good closet space. The Internet is Total Play. Super fast and reliable for my work. My favorite part was the rooftop and amazing views from this 3rd-floor space. I made it a routine to have my coffee up there each morning to watch a spectacular sunrise. It is a bit far from laundry service and you must be willing to take a taxi or public transportation for this. Thank you Jorge for a nice experience and your generosity.

It is a very good location close to a lot of public transport, it is a quiet area, the rooms super tidy, everything clean. Definitely for my partner and me will be our preferred stay. For every visit.

The place is amazing, the house is in optimal condition, it has a very spacious patio, we found everything clean and always looked out for us. I recommend it either for an end of rest or to go out and enjoy all the magical little villages nearby.

Elba is a great person, attentive and always available for my questions. I fully enjoyed the house, clean, comfortable, spacious. Perfect location to get around to any point in the city. I will definitely be back again. I would highly recommend it.

Of the 8 places we’ve stayed in Mexico, this one was our favorite. The villa is even better than the photos. The host is very responsive via Whats App. There is 24/7 security and we felt very safe. We drove ourselves and easily parked right outside the entrance. It’s a quick, easy drive to the pyramids and hot air balloons. The beds were comfortable for us, soft but supportive. The kids loved being able to swim and watch a movie (Disney, Netflix) from the pool and seating area. We ordered food via Whats App and the hotel delivered it right to our room. The hanging tree lights and fire ambiance was perfect. It was very private and though there were lots of guests staying at the hotel we couldn’t hear any noise. Lots of water bottles, towels etc provided. A perfect stay.
