Giuseppe è un ospite meraviglioso - molto disponibile, gentile e premuroso. Ci siamo sentiti a casa con lui. La struttura è meravigliosa! Molto vicino al mare, con una baia meravigliosa e quasi senza turisti. Se volete rilassare dal trambusto, la casa di Giuseppe è perfetta! Troverete tutto il necessario per la vostra vacanza: una cucina completamente attrezzata, camere da letto con un letto confortevole e un giardino privato con lettini, tavolo e sedie, area barbecue e doccia esterna. È un ottimo punto di partenza per esplorare Catania, Taormina o Siracusa. Nella zona ci sono molti negozi di alimentari, una farmacia e un ospedale, ma per godere di tutti i servizi avrete bisogno di un'auto, che potrete noleggiare all'aeroporto o ad Augusta. Giuseppe, grazie ancora una volta per averci aiutato a trascorrere un periodo meraviglioso e per il tuo aiuto in ogni fase ! È stata una vacanza meravigliosa! Justyna&Arek :)

Pros: - Convenient parking (don't know what it's like in summer) - Good location, not far from Ortigia, but far enough to avoid any disturbance - Fast wifi - All required amenities - Clean & comfy - A/C was efficient to heat the interior when needed (our visit happen to be in Feb) Cons: - A bit acoustic; we could hear steps and even small noises from above, not anybody's fault, it's just how this building is constructed - Bedrooms have windows opening to a tiny internal courtyard or stairwell - but as we use them for sleeping only, doesn't matter

Alles super! Martina ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin! Die Terrasse ist wunderbar mit dem schönen Olivenbaum, da kann man schön essen und die Abende genießen.

Wir hatten als Familie zu viert eine tolle Zeit! Die Unterkunft von Stefania war sehr sauber, hatte eine super Ausstattung wie beispielsweise Strandspielsachen für die Kinder, sämtliche Küchen- und Kochutensilien. Das Haus war gemütlich und hübsch dekoriert. Die Außenbereiche waren ebenso schön! Stefania war eine perfekte Gastgeberin, die immer erreichbar war und tolle Tipps für die Region gegeben hat. Bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich willkommen geheißen, ein kleiner Willkommensgruß wurde uns ebenso überreicht. Eine absolute Empfehlung!

Inizio col dire che la casa e la location sono stupende, dalle foto forse non rende l'idea ma ha una vista stupenda sulla valle, tutta privata in quella zona. La casa è perfetta per due persone, un monolocale ristrutturato e ben arredato, con cucina, bagno nuovo, frigo, condizionatore e tutto quanto. Lelio è stato gentilissimo e disponibilissimo fin da subito, il miglior host mai incontrato e rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo. Purtroppo io e la mia ragazza ci siamo fermati solo per un giorno, ma vale la pena restare qualche giorno in più, anche solo per ammirare il panorama da casa. Spero di tornarci presto, mi sono innamorato di questo posto!

The only bad part of our stay here was that it was not longer. I wish we would have had one more night. Luca’s space was magical from walking the streets to get there to the balcony and loft sleeping area! My son was navigating me with GPS upon arrival even though Luca’s instructions specifically said not too. (He did not read that part) Well, I had a crash course in tight space driving but we made it out and navigated from map to a very easy to find space. We loved our stay and the restaurant that Luca graciously made reservations for us to eat was incredible. If we are lucky enough to come back here, we will stay again!

Mi sono trovata talmente bene da ritornaci per altre due volte. Con questo soggiorno sono al terzo. E se ci saranno altre occasioni sarà sempre la prima scelta.

L'appartement de Giancarlo et de Helena fait parti de ceux que nous avons eu regret à quitter, tellement l’atmosphère que renferme cet abris est à leur image, chaleureuse et accueillante. Nous avons aimé y vivre, et pas une seconde que nous ne nous sommes pas sentis comme chez nous. Ce lieu vibre, baigné par de belles énergies. Si l'opportunité de revenir à Ragusa s'offre une nouvelle fois à nous, nous n'hésiterons pas une seconde et reviendront chez Helena et Giancarlo avec le plus grand des plaisirs. L'appartement est très bien situé, à deux pas de la place San Giovanni d’un côté et de Ragusa Ibla, un supermarché est également à proximité, les boulangeries ne courent pas les rues, mais vous en trouverez également pas très loin. Une, située sur le corso Italia, une autre, un peu plus loin, après le pont du Palais de Justice. Seul inconvénient, nous avons du rendre les clefs de l'appartement à la fin de notre séjour. Je présume que toutes les bonnes choses ont toujours une fin.

L'appartamento ha soddisfatto le nostre aspettative. Pulitissimo e accogliente. Abbiamo cucinato in casa, fatto lavatrice e goduto del bellissimo terrazzo. Il parcheggio in strada non è mai stato un problema. E non è cosa da poco.

Le logement est propore, conforme au descriptif et aux photos. La chambre est grande et le lit est confortable. Il est très proche d'Ortigia à pied et du marché quotidien pour faire les courses et pas loin de la gare routière et ferroviaire pour vous déplacer vers Catane, Noto, Raguse etc. il est calme ce qui est bien pour se reposer la nuit. Pour ceux qui ont l'habitude de dormir dans le noir complet pensez à prendre un masque il n'y a pas de volet et l'éclairage public est présent. Fabio est très réactif aux messages et très sympathique. L'arrivée se fait facilement et en toute autonomie. Rien ne nous a manqué, nous avons passé un très bon séjour et recommandons ce logement.

I could relate to other people’s positive comments. impeccable host and accommodation. Simona is very kind responsive and flexible. Despite my flight being greatly delayed the husband welcomed me in person late in the evening - and impeccably dressed! I stayed over a week and travelled to the sea, nearby towns as well as stayed local in beautiful noto enjoying baroque dolce vita. It’s a stone’s throw from shops and town centre. Parking easy too, just be prepared streets are narrow and motorbikes like a ride! One of the nicest airbnb experiences.

We really enjoyed our stay. The flat is in a great location, everything is within easy reach and very clean. The roof terrace is great for relaxing and enjoying the view with a glass of wine. Letizia is incredibly friendly and takes great care of her guests. Absolutely recommendable.

The flat is amazing!!!! We were 5 girls and loved our staying!! The host was kind, welcoming, accommodating. The place was spotless. The pool was clean and warm with a great view. The mount Etna view with the morning coffee is everything one can wish for!

Vi elskede at bo i lejligheden. Den er meget komfortabel, rummelig, stille og med en fin beliggenhed. Stor have med oliventræer og parkeringsplads. Der var alt, vi skulle bruge til selv at lave mad. Stefano var meget venlig og imødekommende og nem at kommunikere med. Vi kan anbefale at besøge Piazza Armerina og spise på trattoria del Goloso. Og at besøge Enna og deres smukke katedral og spise på trattoria la Rustica. Tak for et skønt ophold, Stefano!

Avons passé un très bon séjour de plusieurs nuits dans l'appartement du 2ème étage dans cette maison au calme entourée d un grand oasis de verdure et avec une belle et grande piscine. Transats à disposition. L'hôtesse est toujours reactive et sa famille discrète. Si vous êtes une-e lève tard n'oubliez pas un masque car les rideaux occultants ne le sont pas vraiment et il n y a pas de volets. L'appartement du 1er étage semble avoir une terrasse plus grande, en tout cas avec vue sur piscine. Sa 2ème chambre a une vraie fenêtre et non des veluxes comme au 2ème étage.

Slaapkamers zijn rustig en donker dus zelfs de kinderen hebben hier heerlijk uitgeslapen! Het is een ontspannen plek, met een mooi zwembad en een groot terras om te ontbijten. Dankjewel Davide!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in der Wohnung von Paola. Es war tatsächlich genauso schön wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Man wacht mit dem Meeresrauschen auf, die Sonne über dem Meer, es ist herrlich! Es gibt, wenn man bereit ist, etwas Auto zu fahren, viele Möglichkeiten für schöne Ausflüge, ein sehr schöner Sandstrand ist gerade mal fünf Minuten entfernt (Agnone Bagni). Die Menschen, die einem begegnen, sind sehr freundlich, das Essen köstlich, das Klima im Oktober perfekt. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, man kann auch mal selbst kochen, wenn man mag. Paola ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin, es gibt viele gute Tipps und Anregungen, sie ist jederzeit kontaktierbar. Auch Ketty, als Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort, war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir sagen: Vielen Dank, es war wunderschön. Einziges (kleines) Manko: Der Pool lädt insgesamt nicht so sehr zum Baden und Spielen ein, er ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Amazing location with fantastic sea views and views of Mount Etna. We visited end of October and basically had the complex to ourselves (including the pool!). Marco was extremely helpful and very welcoming. We hired a car for the week so that we could visit the amazing beaches up and down the coast, and of course, Etna. Direct access to the sea at the bottom of the apartments is closed, but it is not far to reach via another footpath.
