We spent a few super relaxing days as a family. Mrs. Carmen was always attentive, and kindly offered to bring us coffee every morning since I forgot mine. The house is the perfect place to spend time with the family. The large pool and grill were my favorite areas.

We had a beautiful family time, the house is exactly as the photos, very well equipped and clean. We don't need to leave the house as you have everything you need like pool, games like jumping, fulbito, net de volley, pin pon etc.

We stayed for a weekend, the place is very nice and quiet, and the facilities are perfect to enjoy a weekend of tranquility, disconnection from the city and fun. Gabriel was very attentive to us at all times and made us feel at home. The pool is very relaxing, we were able to enjoy a fire pit and grill that we prepared. This is a great place to come as a couple or with a family, we will definitely be back.

Our experience at this home was wonderful. We traveled as a family and the stay exceeded all our expectations. We enjoyed a few days of total rest, feeling not only relaxed, but also completely safe. The condominium has a lot of security and access is very controlled, which gave us a lot of peace of mind. The house is well equipped, has a beautiful pool, a fire pit and green areas, in addition, with a wide variety of games, which made us all have a plus to enjoy. In addition, the host Maria del Carmen was exceptionally kind and always responded quickly and willingly whenever we needed it. Everything tidy, there is tranquility and flexibility in the place, clean environments

We spent a few unique days, an incredible silence to disconnect, my human daughter and the 4-legged one had a great experience; super attentive hosts. We'll be back.

A pleasant stay, close to Lima and close to Plaza Vea del KIO, the house is just like the photos, very nice and big!!! And the hosts always responded to you on time… The only drawback we had was the noise in the area, until the wee hours of the morning they were partying, and although the house was close to the beach, the beach was not very nice, a lot of people and very dirty; but these are things that are beyond the host's control!!!

Mr. Juan answers any questions you may have, the place is bigger than it looked in the photos. Excellent stay, I will surely return with my family and friends.

We had a great stay at Giorgio's. From the first moment, he and his father, Mr. Jorge, were always very friendly and helpful with whatever was necessary. We liked the welcome touch. The house is modern, tidy, clean, the pool is great, everything is just like the photos. Just 2 blocks from Arica beach. We had a few very nice relaxing days with my family. We'll definitely be back at some point.

Pros: Perfect space for large families. The children had plenty to enjoy within the space and we had everything we needed to fill at home. Ruth was very responsive to all questions and concerns! She and her family were absolutely amazing hosts. The community is friendly & walkable to small tiendas. The house is located in a private community of luxurious houses and a large park. The major store is about a 34 minute walk or you can take a tut tut (moto cab). For the adventurous at heart they are plenty of independently operated buses/cabs. Cons: The small nearby stores close early and only accept cash. Ubers would cancel frequently. Renting a car would be conducive for large families. It is about a 1 hour 15 minute ride to Lima depending on traffic. (However it’s about 35 min drive to Ate and 15-20 min drive to Chosica downtown which was really cute town.) If you enjoy slow pace and a tranquil space then this space is beyond perfect as the house is amaz

Our stay at Marcelo's apartment was excellent. The place is very nice, it was impeccable and everything was perfectly equipped. Marcelo was very friendly and attentive at all times. We were a group of friends and we had an amazing time; the apartment is comfortable, clean and very conveniently located. Definitely a highly recommended experience.
