Fantastyczne miejsce. Wrócimy do niego nie raz nie dwa.

Piękne Święta, przyjemny przestronny dom z basenem, jacuzzi . Wygodne pokoje , salon z dużym stołem na rodzinne i grupowe okazje do świętowania. W pełni wyposażona kuchnia. Teren wokół bardzo atrakcyjny na różnorakie potrzeby, lasy, rzeka, stawy , gdzie można łowić ryby i zażyć sielankowych chwil. Miejsce na ognisko, wędrówki, wycieczki rowerowe. Na terenie można grać w siatkówkę, jest stół do tenisa stołowego i sauna fińska. Gospodarz bardzo miły i pomocny. Sielsko anielsko.

Absolutely loved the place! Stayed for just one night for a business trip, but felt like a luxury place to be at! 🙌

Renovation of the appartment was not quite finished. The flip side was that most fittings/equipment/furniture were brand new. Quiet, comfortable and spacious. The host was friendly and responsive. My daughter (and wife) liked hens living on the site. Hens looked quite happy also, possibly because they did not know that we were eating their eggs. Easy access both to the city center and to the ring road (35 mins by car to Lodz).

Wszystko super po raz kolejny. Przytulny dom zarówno na rodzinny wypad jak i spotkanie ze znajomymi. Miły i kontaktowy gospodarz. Dziękujemy i pozdrawiamy :)

Urocze miejsce, w sąsiedztwie lasu, w okół cisza i spokój, do sklepu w razie potrzeby kilka minut samochodem. Na wyposażeniu wszystkie potrzebne sprzęty, wygodne łóżka, grill, duża altanka i duża wanna, kominek tworzący nastrój, duży ogród, wspaniali właściciele, którzy zadbali nawet o szampana w związku z przyjazdem sylwestrowym. Miejsce w 100% zgodne z opisem, idealne do odpoczynku poza miastem.

Miejsce idealne. Przyjemne mieszkanie, ładnie umeblowane, kamienica wyremontowana z piękną czerwoną cegła. W okolicy sklepy, apteka, duży market, piękny park, zoo oraz Atlas Arena. Na duży plus bliskość przystanków autobusowych i tramwajowych, z łatwością można dojechać do samego centrum w 5 min. W mieszkaniu wszystkie potrzebne rzeczy, nawet znaleźliśmy pyszną herbatę. Polecam każdemu, my na pewno wrócimy jak tylko będziemy w Łodzi.

I had a very pleasant experience with host. She is proactive, communicative, super responsive. I really appreciated messages before my visit and clear instructions with pictures for check in. No stress. We even had a parking spot! Apartment is spacious and light. It was so nice to find a normal mat in baby bed :D it’s not so common sadly.. and it was kept a secret, but if you have kids and get up early, you will be served with amazing sunrises!! Thank you.

Perfect location with good transport links, direct bus to/from the airport nearby. Taxi rank opposite. Great & clean apartment too, easy to access and comms were good too.

Estuvimos una semana con un amigo. Debo de decir que el apartamento me pareció incluso mejor que en las fotos. Zona céntrica, zabka a 3 pasos, literalmente, lo único el tercer piso sin ascensor, pero todo lo demás impecable, seguramente repita

Mieszkanie zadbane, czyste, zgodne z opisem. W kuchni znajdują się wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy i urządzenia. Bardzo dobry i szybki kontakt z właścicielem. Bardzo blisko do Manufaktury oraz ul. Piotrkowskiej gdzie można cieszyć się wspaniałą ofertą restauracji i innych atrakcji. Polecam. Jedyne co to materac na łóżku jest bardzo miękki, co odrobinę nam przeszkadzało ale jest to kwestią indywidualnego gustu.

The apparement was small but had everything you needed and the building was beautiful. The location was very nice. The only problem was that the neighbors had a parrot that made noises 24/7 on their balcony, but ofc this has nothing to do with the host. I would recommend this place!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Łódź! The location is perfect – just a short walk to great cafes, restaurants, and everything you might need. There’s also a beautiful park nearby, which was a lovely bonus. One of the highlights was the mind-blowing underground parking – super convenient and included with the apartment, so we could just leave the car and enjoy the city stress-free. The building is brand new, and so is the apartment. Everything feels fresh, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. Every detail – from the shelves to the little plants – was carefully chosen. We especially loved the big, bright panoramic windows and the huge balcony, which felt more like a private summer terrace with large glass panels that you can open up. All the furniture is high-quality – nothing cheap or flimsy. It’s clear that the hosts put a lot of love and care into creating this space. Excellent

The apartment was very comfortable and had everything I needed, including a well-equipped kitchen. It was quiet and perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Great location with lots of cafes, shops, and a tram stop nearby for easy city access. The only small issue was the old staircase — beautiful but a bit tricky with luggage. Still, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily return. Clear check-in instructions too!
