Loved my stay here, felt right at home it was a gorgeous apartment, the host was really helpful and responsive, great location could walk to all the restaurants on rawaii beach. Was an absolute pleasure would definitely stay again.

Great apartments, not too big, but enough for a family. Very clean and fresh, everything is working and in good condition, comfortable to sleep and any issues we had, were solved super quickly. Thanks

В данных апартаментах мы останавливались семьёй на 9 дней. Жильё нам понравилось, все в целом соответствует описанию и фото. По факту квартира немного меньше, чем выглядит на фото. Диван раздвижной, рассчитан на человека невысокого роста. Дочка ростом 168 см спала по диагонали. Хозяйка Евгения очень отзывчивая, оперативно отвечала на мои вопросы. Нужно учитывать, что проживание в апартаментах в данном кондоминиуме не предполагает бесплатное использование трансфера до Boat avenue и до пляжа. Данная услуга доступна бесплатно только постояльцам отеля (кто напрямую снимает номер у Diamond resort ). Но это не проблема, так как до пляжа можно дойти пешком за 10-15 мин. и рядом всегда находится тук тук. На нём добраться можно гораздо дешевле. Также при заселении или выселении, если вы хотите оставить чемоданы на ресепшене, вам придётся заплатить 300 бат. Бесплатно только для постояльцев отеля. Рекомендую данные апартаменты, мы хорошо здесь провели время.

I had an amazing stay at Randy's place! The stunning views were absolutely breathtaking, making every moment spent on the property feel like a retreat. The apartment itself is spacious, pristine, and beautifully maintained, providing a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere throughout our stay. The fully equipped kitchen was a huge plus, allowing us to prepare meals with ease while enjoying the gorgeous sunsets. Every detail in the house was thoughtfully arranged, and it was clear Randyt takes great pride in ensuring guests have an exceptional experience. This was one of the best Airbnbs that I stayed in. The host was really quick at assisting with anything. The neighbourhood is calm and peaceful too. I loved the midnight walks that I took. There are 7-11s and SuperCheaps at walking distance from the place. A medicine shop and a Michelin star restaurant is just around the corner too. The host arranged for parking our vehicle as well, which was great. Overall, it was a really good experience.

we had a lovely time at the flat. View from bedrooms and balcony was incredible. Enjoyed watching movies on giant TV in sitting room. Surrounding area is full of nice and cheap restaurants, beautiful beach and laguna, pool was small but very nicely done, flat is extremely secure with very modern locks, flat is vary specious, well lit. Especial mention to rather cosy sofa bed in sitting room ( gonna miss that ). My only constructive thoughts are kitchen can be bit more better equipped with utensils, pots, lids etc. and rubbish disposal in the block should be more efficient. Bigger disposal bins etc.

Our stay was fantastic! The location is super convenient, close to a lot of beach clubs and restaurants and generally because it’s in the middle of the island it’s easy to get around and go anywhere. The complex pools are great and there’s restaurants, cafes and bars in the building. There’s pharmacies, supermarkets and everything you need within walking distance. Aside from all that, Andrei was a great host, super responsive and friendly. Would definitely recommend this property and would definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Недавно вернулись из отпуска, который провели всей семьёй (14 человек, от 3 до 81 года) на вилле в Таиланде – и это было лучшее решение! В отличие от отеля, здесь не пришлось тратить время на исследование территории, всё было под рукой. Вилла просторная, у каждого была своя зона отдыха. Отдельное удовольствие – повар Win, который готовила для нас вкусные и разнообразные блюда. Бассейн без ограничений по времени, дети могли купаться хоть всю ночь. На территории есть всё необходимое – стиральная и сушильная машины, настольный теннис, бадминтон. До пляжа пешком далековато, но на такси всего 7–10 минут. Сам пляж чистый, береговая линия большая, волны зависят от погоды. Хозяйка виллы Ольга всегда была на связи, помогала с любыми вопросами. В итоге отдых получился незабываемым – комфорт, уют и полный релакс! Спасибо за замечательный опыт!

Errol is great host. we had a stay for 5 says in this house, and there was some problem with tha water supply, but the Errol tried his best to resolve the issue. the house is full of amenities. it's a beautiful house.

This is a beautiful house with a awesome swimming pool. We stayed in the house happily for the whole month. The host supports us a lot during the period.

We had a super comfortable stay at Joe's home in Phuket. The interiors are very aesthetically done, and just as shown in the pictures. The locality is not the best for tourists, not much to do around and it gets slightly deserted in the evenings. Overall a great stay to chill in the villa by the pool.

Besa was the perfect homeowner. He came in advance to check our accommodation and greet us even though we arrived late, and this house is a very private property. It is close to Old Town and has a view of the sea. However, it is quite far from the downtown areas of Patong and Karon Katabich, so it is not easy to move around late without a car or motorcycle. It is not like Patong Beach, Kata or Karon Beach, but you can see the view toward the port. There is a security guard at the entrance, so you can also pay attention to security. The security guards always saluted me and kindly complied with my request. We were able to stay in a quiet and comfortable accommodation like my house. He always answered quickly and kindly and answered our requests immediately. I will definitely visit here again with my parents.

Good location nice and soft spoken house keeper BiG he was very sweet and helpful . The proximity of the place is very good on 4th Floor and got good swimming pool on terrace spacious 2bhk very clean and functional kitchen with all equipments

we had a nice stay at the Appartement. It has a lot storage room so you can unpack all your bags and it is definitly good for a long time stay. Every room has an aircondition and big TVs with netflix. Unfortunately the cleaning Lady seemed to have a bad day before our arrival because there was dust in almost all corners of every room and the drawers/closets were dusty (so Inhad to Clean it before putting our clean cloths in it) and there was hair in the bathroom and one the toilet. For our Kids (3 and 6years) it was too far to walk to the beach because it was too hot and they are lazy and there are no sidewalks 😅. adults can walk to the beach. we usually took a Taxi which was Like 200baht. there are 2 Pools and 2 gyms in the condo which are great and we had a Lot of fun in the Pool😄. there is a Restaurant in the complex which is Open Till 5 or 5:30pm where you can get breakfast, ice cream and Thai food. the 7 eleven is only a 5min walk away 👍🏻

Der Gastgeber hat auf alles super und schnell reagiert sogar wo ich den pin vergessen hatte für die Tür hat er ihn mir kostenlos erneut mitgeteilt und war jederzeit erreichbar die Umgebung ist ruhig aber man kommt überall super schnell hin mit dem Roller oder Auto mit Roller sogar extrem günstig ganz Pukhet von dort aus zu erkunden

Loved staying here with my family. Good location, love the direct pool access especially with my 6 year old. Felt safe to let her explore & scoot around the property. Very walkable & close to the beach! We loved our stay! Communication was great & we had a flexible late check out which was helpful with a later flight. Will book again.

Overall it's exactly what I expected it to be. No surprises which is very important for an airbnb experience. One negative thing that stood out is potential fatal danger if you stay there with small kids. The rails of hallway outside of the unit right in front of elevator got very big gaps that people or kids up to 30 kg who aren't careful can easily get through the gaps and fall off. When coming home or leaving home adults must always be vigilant and keep the kids close and away from potential disaster. Please bring this up to management of the building and close those dangerous fatal gaps
