This one bedroom includes a queen bed, with pack-n-play, a queen futon bed and small futon in the living room which allows 4 adults and 1 child to sleep comfortably. Welcome to our structural masonry guesthouse cottage in the heart of Downtown Bentonville. You'll feel like you're stepping back in time into a historic building made entirely out of brick, but our backyard cottage was completed in 2023 as a labor of love and hospitality. Enjoy direct access to Park Springs Park and trails at the end of the block, or a short walk/ride to the Downtown square. We live in the main house on the property, but designed the cottage to maximize guest privacy. Welcome!

Enjoy a countryside retreat! Our family-friendly studio apartment is quiet and cozy, with no one but birds and cows as your neighbors (and us! We live in the main house.) Small farmhouse, private fenced and gated yard, on a tiny farm on a gravel road. Host next door has dwarf goats, chickens, ducks, guineas (1 pair regularly visits/patrols the guesthouse yard), turkeys, a goose, and a couple of LGDs. Peaceful location, Located near the Pinnacle shopping area and XNA airport. Space does not share any walls with other living spaces. It is located in our shop building. Fully tiled shower with a large rain shower head. Main room includes a sink, decent size refrigerator, microwave and the essentials to prepare simple meals. Cabin 3, Room 4 - Historic Little Switzerland

Cabin 3 is a mini-motel with three individual rooms. Rooms 3 and 4 each feature a queen size bed with a full bath. Rooms 3 and 4 share an interconnecting door and would be perfect for a family or couples traveling together who want their own privacy. This is a hotel like room, there is a mini fridge and microwave but it does not contain a full kitchen.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Enjoy your own private cottage with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The cozy space is just under 200 sq ft and features a queen-size bed plus a loft mattress.
