spotless. beds and sofas were comfortable. everything we needed. pleasant garden. quiet residential cul de sac (you can hardly hear the trains). beach was a short walk away. would make this our first choice when staying here again.

We stayed at Rachael and Tom’s beautiful cottage for two nights to celebrate our sons 3rd birthday and visit Chester Zoo! The cottage itself is gorgeous! Parking at the rear for one vehicle. A great garden which was perfect for our dog. Lovely kitchen with everything we needed to be able to make our own breakfast on a morning. Great quality appliances. There were even some complimentary gifts which was lovely. Very comfortable and cosy living room and the conservatory was perfect to set up all of our sons presents for the big day! Beautiful bedrooms upstairs, love the decor! Very comfortable beds. The bed in the main bedroom is enormous and so comfy! I’m really going to miss that as that was the best sleep we have had in ages! Perfectly situated for the Zoo which was just a ten minute drive away. We visited two local places for evening meals, our recommendation would be The Shrewsbury Arms! Thank you both for having us! The apartment was really nice and really easy to find and check into. There’s lots of places to walk out to in the area and it was great to be by the water Hot water, clean towels etc all great. The coffee machine wasn’t all there - the jug was missing and there weren’t pods to use in it - although we did find coffee sachets and tea in the cupboard. That was the only faff with an otherwise great booking

Amanda's place was perfect as a base as we attended a church convention over the weekend. The house was welcoming and cosy and had unique furnishings which we loved. Plenty of room for us all to have a bed each and great to have two bathrooms amongst four women. Amanda's instructions were clear and understandable, thanks for making our stay easy and for letting us know one of us had forgotten our makeup bag! Definitely recommend.

Easy to find and responsive hoast . Amenities were great and all the family enjoyed the stay. Nell’s place is an ideal location to use as a base to visit local attractions over a few days .

We stayed at Sonya’s place whilst having renovations done to our house and it was perfect for the hat we needed. The house is really clean, comfortable, spacious and had everything we needed. The downstairs furniture has been upgraded and is actually better than the photos. Really good location for Woolton village amenities, pubs etc and short walk to woolton woods for walking the dog. Sonya is a great host, friendly, responsive and helpful check-in instructions. Easy to find the place and check in. Would definitely recommend.

So chuffed we found this place! As a group of 7 girls we had plenty of room, great location for nearby walks and easy access to eat/drink out. The novelty of the animals around the house was really fun and the house itself was lovely. Very comfy, had everything we needed and the luxury of the hot tub was an added plus. Julia was really great with all the information prior to arrival and the gentleman who look after the animals were super friendly. Would love to go back and would highly recommend.

It was a pleasure and privilege to spend a week (with good weather) in a modernised, comfortable Listed home in such a beautiful Conservation Area Village with much to explore there on foot. It is located in one of the best spots there too, overlooking the Dell yet only one minute's walk from the Station (which is not noisy at all). That did mean offcomers /commuters parking there (so making it less easy to park nearby) but there is a more private area to park which Matt commended to us. We have experienced various homes but Matt's was both amply and well equipped by comparison to some we have stayed at, with comfortable rooms and plenty of space and facilities. Easy quick and cheap to get into Liverpool by train, and to access the M53 for the rest of the Wirral. Very handy well stocked farm shop a few minutes drive away for goodies and treats. All in all a great stay, thank you Matt.

Great apartment nicely located close to the sea front, suited what we needed. Certainly use again. Communication excellent. Thank you Conor
