Another great stay at Logan's. The beach is only a few steps away and the Salt Marsh Reserve right across the street. One of my favorite things to do is either an early morning walk on the beach, or just stay in with an early morning cup of tea and watch the sunrise light up the hills. Coming to Logan's feels like a welcome home. I've been coming for several years and intend to continue.

This was a fantastic location, the accommodations were as advertised, and the hosts were super helpful and responsive. (Morgan, thanks for extending our checkout time at such short notice;)) I hope to stay here again soon!

Austin was quick to respond about any questions and overall a great host! I recommend 10/10 experience. A beach right across the street, safe area, and had everything we needed. Will be back again :)

What an amazing place! You can walk to the beach in 1-2 minutes and a few minutes more down the beach itself takes you to multiple restaurant options. I appreciated some of the host's local recommendations too. Pierpont is a great spot. The beach itself never seemed to be too crowded and I took advantage of the beach chairs provided in the unit. The apartment was great. The space felt very open and I loved opening the windows! It was very warm upon arrival but didn't take long to cool down with the breeze. I even used the fireplace in the morning when it got a little too cool. Everything was clean, maybe the slightest evidence that dogs are allowed. Comfortable bed with USB charging ports on the headboard - the ones on the lamps didn't work so it took me a minute to find them. The shower was amazing too, especially after a day out to the Channel Islands. If you want a relaxing stay in a great area, look no further.

Beautiful and comfortable apartment on the sand exactly as described. It was perfect for our girls weekend getaway exploring from Carpinteria to Santa Barbara. Alli was easy to communicate with and responded quickly.

This was the second time that I’ve stayed at Paul and Favian’s place and both times I had a great experience! The room is clean, well-equipped and neatly decorated in a vintage flair that fits perfectly to the laid back beach town. The location is in walking distance to the beach and small local restaurants, and not a long drive away from Vons, Downtown Oxnard , Ventura Harbor and other attractions. Perfect for a relaxed getaway, close to the beach, in a safe neighborhood. Paul is a great, heartfelt person and it was a pleasure to meet him. I’d stay anytime again! :)

We LOVED having our Thanksgiving weekend at The Shoals Corner! The unit is charming, very comfortable, with a pull-out couch/bed conversion in the living room that gives a great view of the ocean (and sunsets!). From there, we could see a pod of dolphins feeding for quite a while one morning! We brought a crockpot and fixings from home, and made our turkey breast in the cozy kitchen for our holiday meal. The kitchen is really well stocked for up to four people. There's lots to do in central Ventura, so we worked out at a gym a couple of times, shopped for food and beverage extras next door to the gym, and drove around to look at neighborhoods. We also played miniature golf another day and thought about going to a movie...but the beach vibe, fresh air, and sunshine were so satisfying that we avoided indoor activities. We're already talking about going back next year. THANK YOU, MARY, for your hospitality and the opportunity for us to have a wonderful vacation!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful home. We loved getting to sip our morning coffee on the patio, watching the paddle boarders and birds go by. Soaking in the hot tub was also a highlight. We loved that it was a short walk to the beach, too. A great place for a group.

Jayne's place was fantastic and exceeded our expectations. She was a very friendly, responsive, and helpful host. I would recommend this property as well as her hosting to anyone. One particular thing worth mentioning is how well stoked her place was with useful amenities for the beach and the home. We brought more than we needed because she's stocked the house so well. Great location for a family Thanksgiving weekend. The home is larger in person than the photos. Beautifully furnished & top of the line appliances & bedding . We would highly recommend.

Absolutely HEAVENLY!! Incredible house, on ocean location, well appointed amenities, large deck, hot tub with full ocean view, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, great communication, very helpful staff, will definitely return!

Our family absolutely loved this house as a way to spend a week for Spring Break. The beach is basically private and the house as beautiful, not to mention absolutely loaded with Beach chairs and games/toys to use for the kids. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Kids room was fun for the kids to all be in their own space.

This home is a treasure in a really lovely place. Couldn’t recommend the accommodation or the immediate area more. Glenn was very helpful when I was booking. There is a large grocery store within a short drive. The house is furnished and decorated well, the kitchen equipped for cooking and baking. The appliances all work well. I think the house has been renovated so that three were made one- so the layout is a tad bit unusual but we appreciated having spaces for all.

We have stayed at several Air BnB's but have never had the support and responsiveness that our host provided. We had a water line break forcing us to move out for nearly two weeks. Souroosh was flexible in arranging our arrival and responded in minutes to any request or question we had. He could not have been more accommodating.

We will often try to find a “deal” near to, but not exactly on the beach - this time around we decided to find a place right on the beach, and we can say without hesitation it was entirely worth the small uptick in price and that we would do it again and again. The condo is amazing - you are literally a few feet from the sand, with nothing blocking your view or access of the ocean. The beach is huge, with ample space to find your own little comfortable spot, and within easy reach of the condo for snacks and refreshments. The interior space is well laid out, with lots of space, super up-to-date kitchen, and plenty of room to sleep our family of 5. Everything worked as expected and everything we needed was within arms reach. Plus, there’s a “gear room” of sorts with all kinds of games, sand toys, beach chairs, and bikes. We had zero concerns or complaints here - only good experiences. We do want to express gratitude to Daniel, as he is super responsive and helpful!

Arrived was able to enjoy listening to the waves crash on the beach. Great view and excellent location. Can’t wait to book again. There is an elevator onsite. There is private parking. The house was clean and comfortable. Kitchen and bathroom was clean and well stocked. I would recommend staying. We arrived to visit UCSB and this was just a few minutes from Santa Barbara! The best part it was super quiet with everything you need within walking distance.

We enjoyed our time here very much.. . It felt welcoming and cozy from the moment we arrived. Suneetha is a fantastic host she is very responsive, friendly, and puts so much care into making her guests feel comfortable. It was truly a great experience. Thank you Suneetha!

This is a sweet little beach condo! It was very clean and well-decorated! The setup with the two bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect for our group. We also appreciated that it was dog-friendly. The home is in a gated community. During your initial check-in, the host lets you in through the visitor gate. You're then supposed to receive a clicker that allows you to let yourself in through the resident gate. Through no fault of the host's, the resident gate wasn't working, so the host had to let us in each time we wanted to enter. This presented some challenge for us, but Roza was very apologetic, responsive, and went out of her way to make sure that she was available for us each and every time we needed access through the gate. Easily the most attentive Airbnb host we've ever had! We would be happy to stay here again the next time we're in the area!!

What an amazing location! The water literally comes up to the house. Watched dolphins each morning and loved the recreation area. House was clean and eye masks were even provided for the bright loft. Thoughtful snacks and water upon check-in. Would stay time and time again!

Staying at Rachel's Beach Condo is consistently an incredible, inspiring "home away from home" experience... The place could not be more perfect (there's always personal touches and new stuff in the kitchen that makes me say "I have to get one of those!") and the location (right on a gorgeous beach and walkable to everything in town, plus a sweet playground for kids) can't be beat. Plus, Rachel is like family (in only the good ways!). So looking forward to our next visit to Carp! (As long as we can snag a week on the very busy condo calendar.)

Shamim’s place was perfect. It’s a really nice condo in a cute neighborhood. Hueneme beach is indeed only a 5 minute walk from the condo and is a really beautiful beach. The club house indoor pool and hot tub were also a great bonus for our stay. We really appreciate the clear instructions before our arrival and the amenities were nice. The beds were comfortable and the living room with the large tv was nice for a family movie night one evening. The condo is also close to Point Magu State Park which was another highlight of our trip hiking and checking out tide pools. We had a really nice stay and a fantastic trip!
