Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in Oxford County

Spent just one night to go skiing. Host was responsive and friendly and let me check in at my convenience. Nice selection of breakfast foods, fruit and water...even hand warmers if needed on the slope. Very pleasant stay. Easy parking and convenient location. I'd stay again.

Cozy and charming stay in the countryside in New Hampshire. Among the best ever breakfast and so good coffee, and super kind host. The property has lots of the charm from its’s age, but it’s well maintained. The room had everything we needed and we enjoyed it a lot.

What more can we say - wonderful experience and wonderful hosts! We greatly enjoyed staying with Gretchen and Keith and found them to be great people - friendly, accommodating and welcoming. The room was as pictured and described, in a great location, the breakfast by ‘Chef Keith’ was delightful. If you’re considering staying here, do it. We’ll be back!!

Words can’t properly express how peaceful this location is, and what amazing hosts Victoria and George are. I was there for a quiet few days with my dog, and Victoria and George made it the most comfortable and serene experience. I recommend enjoying a lovely homemade lunch at the restaurant/post office/general store in town, then coming back to a fire that George creates for you, in their well appointed living room. Enjoy the sauna, reading room, and views, and experience a get away like no other. I’ve already secured a return trip in a few months!

Despite a communication snafu, Eric was a gracious and very accommodating host. He shared a wealth of stories and local information. The space is a bit rustic, as to be expected in a house of its age. But I certainly had everything I needed. I look forward to staying with him again if I travel to Norway in the future.

Wonderful one-nighter, quick stay to see the Maine Mineral & Gem Museum. Room was large with very comfortable bed, TV, and sitting area. Especially appreciated the "kitchen" with coffee, fruit, and bfast items (wonderful pumpkin bread). Thanks, Carol.

Rose was a super host and very responsive and flexible with our check in. The room was clean, tidy, tastefully decorated and provided everything we needed for our one-night stay. The location had amazing views of the mountains and was just a short drive away from wonderful places to eat. Rose served a fabulous (huge) breakfast that set us up for the day of travelling ahead!!

Rose's Bed and Breakfast is beautiful, and the breakfast she makes is amazing. We can't wait to go back again!

Jill and Joe were very accommodating hosts of this lovely BnB. my room was clean and comfortable and the maid to order egg sandwich on sourdough for breakfast was perfect.

Wow, what an incredibly lucky find! We felt like we were staying at the Gilmore Girl's Inn. Thank you Jill and Joe for making us feel so pampered during our stay. We loved the delicious breakfast, the comfy room, and our dog enjoyed meeting Coco and playing in the field. We'll be back for another stay for sure!

We only stayed for one night but had such a good night's sleep! Peter and Karen were the perfect hosts. Responsive when we asked questions and were very accomodating! We particularly enjoyed the warm, bathroom floors and the spruced up studio. 10/10 would recommend to other travelers :)

Beautiful grounds, great lake access, and very accommodating.

Beautiful location for this historic inn. Jill and Joe are incredible hosts. They worked so hard to make our stay comfortable and fun. Can’t beat the made to order breakfasts, red wine around the fire pit and the peaceful atmosphere.

The place was great. Quaint, clean and had everything required. It was pricey, but that’s Maine’s lake region at this time of year. Hosts were amazing and seemed to be wonderful people. Wishing them the best with their BnB. Would stay again! -Dan
