The entire house is heated and air-conditioned, which allows for year-round relaxation. Guests have 2 SUP boards and 4 bicycles at their disposal. In the garden, there is a JACUZZI (available in the period of temperatures (+++) The property is fenced with a garage and parking on the property.

It is idyllically located on the edge of the forest of the Stöbertal. The wooden hut is fully insulated, so you can live comfortably here in winter. There is a 7 KW fireplace that will provide you with pleasant and long-lasting warmth with a few logs of wood. There is also an electric radiator in the bathroom. There is a comfortable large box spring bed in the bedroom.

This cottage built in 2025 in American style is really special. It is located directly on a pond in which, in addition to koi carp, many birds are active. The toilet-shower building is right next to it but is a separate building, which is nice if you are with several guests. Shower water is electrically heated.
