Eric is an amazing host and person! Super friendly when it came to using the amenities and made us feel at home. Has great recommendations for food and local attractions. Beautiful property to walk around or just sit outside! Overall a 10/10 experience while staying at Eric’s home, couldn’t have asked for a better host for our weekend!

This was a very great find. Affordable for the part of the city we were in. Lots of energy and activity around the area, with plenty of places to eat/drink within a few block radius. Close to everything you need to be close to downtown. Easy check-in process. Beautiful, clean apartment. All in all, a wonderful spot to stay.

This house was absolutely central to all the activities we planned for our trip to Annapolis. Located in a wonderful neighborhood and a beautiful walk away from a tasty coffee shop!

We had a wonderful stay at Brenda’s place! The pool is amazing and the whole outdoor area is great. With the grill, chairs and tables, outdoor fire (two of them!) we had such a great weekend escape. Very quiet area, we didn’t see the hosts the whole time which made it feel private. They were so responsive and helpful all weekend. Wonderful stay and we will definitely be back!

Brandon's place was absolutely perfect! We couldn't have asked for a cleaner or more comfortable space. The location was great and Brandon is an amazing host. We would definitely stay here again!

This 5th Wheel is like a water front Tiny Home. It is accurately described and pictured in the listing. It was clean and had everything needed for a short stay. It is in a working boat yard so it was cool seeing the owners working on and moving boats around. Also had some nice conversations with some of the people who dock their boats here. The marina itself seems very healthy. Clear water loaded with schools of bait fish so the blue heron, great egret and osprey were easy to spot. Unique and fun Airbnb. Highly recommend.

My family and I had a very nice stay at Mark’s place. The neighborhood is walkable and pretty, and the courtyard outside is like a little oasis. Furnishings are lovely, beds are comfortable. I had some trouble getting inside–the keys are finicky–but Mark was always available to help. Would stay again.

David and Elizabeth’s place was perfect for my fiancé and our dog Kai. We attended a music festival at RFK and it was a short drive away. We actually ended up riding scooters back because it is so close by! There are so many restaraunts and things to do within walking distance. Check-in was super easy and it’s a very homey, comfortable space. The kitchen has a small fridge, toaster oven, microwave and hot plate with pots, pans, and everything you need to prepare a basic meal. We were able to set our dogs crate up (he’s a medium sized husky) perfectly and still had plenty of space to move around. Finding street parking was super easy and close by. You can hear noise from above at times for sure… ear plugs and a night time noise machine are provided to help. Overall we enjoyed our stay!

My friend and I loved our stay! It was a lovely little neighborhood. Alex and Shelby’s place was everything that we needed. Cute and quaint. Only the slightest of pitter patters heard from upstairs. Very clear instructions for checking in and checking out. Convenient for public transportation and provided metro cards were a great gift. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in the DC area!

Hassan’s home is beautiful and the apartment is lovely. There was more than enough room for the 7 people we had. It’s a quiet neighborhood and it looks like it would be a nice place to stroll through but I never got the chance. Hassan himself is very communicative and kind. He answered all of our questions in a timely manner and was just a lovely host. There is only one bathroom in the apartment and it is off of one of the bedrooms, so just keep that in mind if you have several people. We made it work just fine and it did not bother us at all. Very well-designed and well-stocked apartment, clean and quiet in a great location - super walkable with sidewalks and trees, close to lots of restaurants and the metro. Easy parking and check-in, proactive and responsive hosts. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely loved this space. The location is great and allows for exploration of the city. The space itself was clean and spacious. My favorite piece was having access to the gym within the Fairmount hotel (if im not mistaken). Lastly, host(s) are extremely responsiveness. I had questions about the property prior to booking as i was booking extremely last minute and I received a quick response.

Fabulous views of Chesapeake Bay, pool was great, deer everywhere, house was spacious with three living areas. Would definitely stay there again.

Our stay was fantastic! The location was SO close to everything and the walkability to some great restaurants was great! Greg was very informative and responsive and I def recommend taking advantage of the parking offered, well worth it in this busy neighborhood. This was the cleanest Airbnb I have ever stayed in, everything was well labled and the kitchen had everything you need to cook! The home and the the neighborhood were very charming and if you like unique stays, I'd def recommend checking it out! We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We found Paul’s home very comfortable and accommodating. Paul was accessible when we reached out to him and he communicated well with us. It was a very nice location with a fantastic view of the bay, as we hoped for.

Nathan has a lovely home—it feels like stepping back in time into one of old Washington’s charming houses. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, and communication with Nathan was excellent. The location is convenient, about a 25-minute walk to Capitol Hill. While the surrounding area could be better—the streets were a bit dirty—it wasn’t a big deal and didn’t affect our overall experience. We had a wonderful time in Washington, and staying at this house was definitely part of it. Thank you, Nathan!

This condo is highly recommended. The host is very easy to work with and provides beautiful and comfortable accommodations. The condo is incredibly close to the Friendship Heights Metro stop along with a list of other shops, restaurants, and grocers. The building is easy to navigate and quiet. Everyone really keeps to themselves. I truly enjoyed my stay, felt safe, and would absolutely stay here again.
