Very nice yard and beach frontage, along with dock. Delightfully decorated. Well maintained and exceptionally clean. Kayaks and bikes available to rent for $25/day/item - delivered to cottage. We absolutely loved Buena Vista Lake House. Some highlights that we loved were the lake views, the awesome deck and furniture for hanging out and eating, provided kayaks & paddleboards, fire pit, cozy living room furniture, 5-star bed and bathroom linens, squeaky-clean bathrooms and kitchen. Party & Gord were the best hosts! Attentive, helpful, friendly, & kind. HIGHLY recommend staying here. I have a feeling we’ll be back!

Earl and Sara were by far the BEST hosts I’ve ever had. The house was perfect, with a fully stocked kitchen for all cooking needs, toiletries in case they were forgotten, cards and board games, and a beautiful spot on the lake. Check in was a breeze, everything was perfectly clean, and it was the perfect getaway. The thing that stood out the most was how available and communicative they were. They checked in throughout the week, and answered promptly whenever we needed to reach out. Highly highly recommend this house with Earl and Sara as your host, you will not regret it!

Had a great time at the Finger Lakes! Terrific location for exploring wineries on the three surrounding lakes. House was very well equipped, hot tub felt wonderful in the evening after exploring during the chilly days, and such a relaxing and serene setting right on the lake. Host was very quick to respond to any questions. This will definitely be a choice for future trips.

We booked this home after changing our trip dates and losing the original house we rented. Boy, was it worth it!! The home is Beautiful! The views, natural light, huge master bathroom, and the most comfortable couch were just some of our favorite things. One of the bedrooms had kids' books and toys, and it was perfect for our 4-year-old daughter. The owners' communication with us was at its best! We look forward to returning next year!

My husband and I were just looking for a nice place to get away for a couple of days, and while this place was way more house then we needed, it was still comfortable and the amenities were great. Everything was as described, our bed was very comfortable and we really enjoyed the use of the home theater, jacuzzi and pool table. There were cute touches like the coffee bar, and fire s’mores kit with marshmallows, graham crackers, chocolate bars and peanut butter cups. We would definitely recommend this for both a quiet, private getaway, as well as a large gathering of family or friends.

My family and I wanted a secluded area but not too far from what we wanted to do. This was the perfect place. The town, with a great pizza place and homemade ice cream was 10 minutes away. It’s not a far drive from the chimney bluffs. Definitely recommend visiting those if you stay here. This house had everything and more. We stayed in October. The place is very cozy and the foliage around the house is beautiful.
