The room is basic but completely complete. Everything you need is here. Marianne is incredibly hospitable, very open and friendly and very helpful. I immediately felt at home. She even dropped me off at the starting point of my hiking trail on the day of departure. I highly recommend this accommodation, especially if you are traveling alone as a woman, as I did.

This location is the perfect address to explore the beautiful surroundings wonderfully relaxed. An excellent bed together with the excellent facilities and a delicious breakfast. It's my first choice when you return to this region. Yvonne, thank you for this experience.

Everything in the house is so pretty and clean. For the people who travel with the public transportation, the location is nice for either getting to Giethoorn center or to Steenwijk train station. You can borrow the bicycle and the canoe anytime, which are worthy to be used to explore the area nearby. Besides, Rosetta is a friendly and thoughtful host, she also made really great Italian dishes and breakfast!

Sometimes it's all right,...not because it's perfect, but because it's so real, right out of the heart. In the country house of Cynthia and Harm we were very warmly welcomed and felt right at home. How we have enjoyed the cheerful hospitality and the always surprising and very creative care. A beautiful place with 40 hectares of private land where you can enjoy hiking without getting in the car. We had the feeling of stepping into a different world where we were surprised, spoiled and moved partly by the sounds of the opera, the beautiful set tables, delicious meals and very authentic and kind people. a very spacious room, very good mattress, nice view, neat, clean, warm welcome, good breakfast, beautiful garden,cute horses. I felt completely relaxed.

Rian described us a super detailed way to get to the property. It was very cold when we came in, but the heating helped fairly quickly. Location is very close to national park, nice to go into nature. Stay was great, bed is nice, bathroom is brand new.

We had a very nice holiday with Wendy and Peter. For our 4 year old child, the offer and safety on the farm was perfect (toys, trampoline, feeding animals but no dangerous things and fences) Wendy and Peter are very nice and helpful! The farm shop is equipped with everything you could ever need and also has really great things on offer. The room is a bit small, but is sufficient for sleeping and eating and is very nicely furnished. During our visit, many other families were on site and you were never alone on the farm! There was always something to see or to play. We would definitely come back:)
