Wiehl center is about 3 km away with various shops, bakeries and restaurants. Heating is provided by radiators connected to our heat pump, which is powered by green electricity. The signal tower Linn was built in the 1920s and has now been extensively renovated after being decommissioned over 20 years ago. With love for the details and an eye for its historical origins, a unique and extremely atmospheric location has been created. On the 1st floor there is the loft-like living area with a cozy living/dining area - and the unique 180-degree view. On the lower level there are the 2 bedrooms, the laundry room and the shower room with a toilet.

Its history dates back to 1844. In 2010, the forest house on the Wupper was lovingly renovated according to modern and at the same time ecological standards. The house is connected to 2 terraces and a large garden. Here you can relax...

The apartment basically presents itself as an independent small house. On the ground floor is the spacious living / dining kitchen with attached living room. The staircase leads to the upper floor with great views of nature. There are also the two bedrooms, as well as a bathroom with shower. The property was completed in March 2014 and thus presents itself as a new building. The bathroom was completely renovated in 2020.

This unique half-timbered house in the heart of Rhöndorf can be booked by 2-6 people. You will only get all 3 rooms and 2 bathrooms if you book for 5 adults or more. Otherwise, 2 adults are always counted per room. It is located on our private farm right next to our own estate tavern and opposite our Rhöndorf inn. You can also rent e-bikes on request or taste our wines from the Weingut Haus im Turm in our estate tavern.

The Kotten is actually a small factory, a former knife grinding shop, and is located at the end of the valley and away from the village directly on the Wupper. This is where industrial architecture, tranquility and a lot of nature meet.
