The furnishings in this area are mostly antique pieces that came from special family members. You may also use the screen porch and patio for relaxing in the spring/summer. You will have a private entrance through the garage so you can come and go as you like. The kitchen is furnished so you may cook. There are also many restaurants close by. The place was great and right next to LU. The space was incredibly clean, easy to use, and great. The Airbnb could do with more lights but apart from that it’s exactly how it’s described and definitely worth the value!

My family and I stayed here for the weekend of my husband and son in law's fast pitch softball tournament. This was a beautiful home and was exactly what we needed for our weekend away from home. They even had drinks in the fridge and even some snacks in the cabinet if we wanted them. There were plenty of linens and extra blankets also. We will definitely look to book this home again next year!

we loved our stay! Jessica was flexible and quickly communicated to any inquiries we had. the house was well appointed for our large family of 8! the hot tub was lovely and clean as well. we loved both parks being so close. I enjoyed the fact that their things were about, something about it made it feel more homey, like you were staying at your friends house while they were gone. lovely, lovely. would definitely stay again

Nick’s place was a great choice. We were in the area for a soccer tournament in Appleton and Nick’s place was a short 15min drive from the fields. Place was clean and accurately described. The central air was a life saver as we saw very high temps during our stay. Nick was a responsive and attentive host- my kids loved the board games! Pleasant neighborhood and an ice cream shop in walking distance- WinWin!

From the very beginning when we booked our stay, Vicki was very helpful and responsive with my questions. A few days before arrival, Vicki messaged with clear instructions as well as recommendations for the area. When we arrived, the home was clean and charming. It had plenty of space for us and so many great amenities! It is obvious this home is taken care of very well, down to every thoughtful detail. We truly felt safe, comfortable, and right at home. We have family in the area we visit a few times a year, and chose an AirBnB this time due to rising costs of hotels in the area. This surpassed our expectations and we look forward to staying here again! I cannot say enough great things about the home and the host. Thank you, Vicki, for your wonderful hospitality!

This was a really good stay! Steve was very responsive to all of my needs.

The house is wonderfully situated within walking distance of the Fox River, Downtown, Riverwalk, farmer's markets. A convenience store and Family Dollars are steps away. We found this classic older home very well maintained and especially enjoyed the beautiful wood floors and real wood furniture. The beds were comfortable and the whole apartment gets lots of natural light. We certainly would return here if it is available on our next trip to Green Bay.

Stayed for a girls weekend and it was in a great location! We got to be right on the lake and were also walking distance (slightly less than a mile) to where are the restaurants and bars are. We went to Fin N Feather and had a blast! The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking as well which was great.
