Roulotte avec SPA et pêche sur étang.

En 1998, l'achat du moulin avec son étang marqua le début d'une aventure extraordinaire. Trois ans plus tard, le premier gîte au jardin vit le jour, offrant aux visiteurs un havre de paix. En 2006, le deuxième gîte à l'étage fut créé. L'année 2016 fut marquée par l'aménagement du jardin pour la roulotte, apportant une touche d'originalité au lieu. En 2017, le petit gîte vit le jour. Et en 2024 une nouveauté fit son apparition : la péniche, offrant une expérience unique et insolite aux voyageurs.

Maison ancienne de vigneron

Oubliez vos soucis dans ce logement spacieux et serein. Maison familiale depuis sa construction dans le dernier quart du dix-neuvième siècle par un arrière grand-père du propriétaire, qui était vigneron, puis habité par la famille d'un de ses fils, lui-même vigneron. Elle est située au centre du charmant village d'Ousson avec une petite cour intérieure privative et sans vis-à-vis, très proche de la Loire. Elle dispose d'un garage accessible par la cour intérieure, et par la rue du 14 juillet.
