Excellent stay at Ahmed's place! The apartment is almost brand new, stylish and absolutely immaculate. Everything is as described in the listing - it's a comfortable space, spacious and well equipped. There's a guard within the apartment complex, so it feels very secure. The apartment is the new part of city (about 15 mins walk from the station), so it is around 40 mins on foot to the medina and historic centre... which is quite a hike! However there are always plenty of "petit taxis" around to take you to the city. Plus, as we explored the local area, we discovered a lovely park and some nice cafes and restaurants nearby. Ahmed and Ouadie are great hosts - always helpful and responsive. We don't have anything negative to say, it was a really great stay!

Très beau logement en plein centre de Fes. On peut tout faire à pied. À notre arrivée une personne nous attendait pour nous amener jusqu’au logement. De nombreux services sont proposés par les propriétaires ce qui facilite le séjour ! Khadouj et Laurent ont su se montrer réactifs et disponibles à nos demandes. Nous recommandons donc vivement ce logement !

J’ai eu un problème avec mon vol ✈️ J’ai dû donc rester 2 jours sur Fez. J’ai effectué ma demande de réservation avec une réponse très rapide. L’appartement correspond parfaitement à l’annonce. Je remercie l’hôte pour sa gentillesse ! Merci infiniment aussi d’avoir pris des nouvelles et d’être soucieux de notre bien être. Je recommande fortement A bientôt ❤️❤️

Je recommande grandement ce magnifique Riad ! Kenza est très aimable, réactive et disponible. Le logement est très beau, propre et fonctionnel. Il est bien placé dans la médina, tout peut se faire à pied. Les 2 terrasses sont également très agréables, avec une magnifique vue sur Fès et ses alentours. La ville est très jolie et propose plein de jolies découvertes. Merci pour ce très beau séjour !

Lubna was an amazing host who put a great deal of care into both the place and her guests' comfort. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very quiet. It truly felt like a home away from home. We loved our stay at Naima's apartment. Very spacious, clean, and just as described. Naima was very responsive and answered all our questions in a timely manner. The location was great, in a nice area, surrounded by great restaurants, and within walkable distance to mosques and Burj Fes Mall. The only slight inconvenience was that it took about ~3-5 minutes for the shower to get hot water. However, Naima had informed us about that before we arrived so five stars for communication. Overall, we loved our stay, definitely recommend Naima's apartment, and would definitely stay there again.

Suzanna was very responsive, friendly and helpful. The house was big and the roof top terrace was a real highlight. Sometimes it was a bit too dark and cold in the living room but that was due to the season (February). For summer, this cooling effect is probably exactly the right thing. In the bed rooms, there are several possibilities for additional heating which we appreciated a lot during the cold nights. At our arrival, the pick up of the manager went smoothly. We were a bit surprised that the house had one bed room less than we expected to have. But it was not a big issue for us. Despite the fact that we were travelling as young women, we felt very safe in the house and also with all the staff that we met in person. At the checkout, there were some communication problems but everyone was very nice and comprehensive and we could leave our luggage in the house for some time. We would definitely recommend you to stay at this place, especially in summer.

I asked for transportation from airport to the flat for an additional 150 dh. Loubna's husband picked me up with his car which also took care if the check in process. He kept communication with me all the time before i arrived and was already waiting for me when i got to the airport. He greeted me with a smile and a bottle of water. On the way we chatted about different topics and he was very friendly. When we got to the flat, he gave me a 15min tour around the neighborhood where he showed me nearby restaurants, shops, cafes and the CTM bus station because i was taking the bus for my next trip from Fes to Ouazzane. Then went to the house where again he gave me a tour of the house and explained everything. If i go back to Fes, i would definitly stay with them again.

Nous sommes venus chez Ayoub en famille (5 adultes et 4 enfants) et le logement était bien adapté, spacieux et confortable. La situation est très pratique, à 15 minutes à pied du centre de la Médina et à 2 minutes d'un arrêt de petits taxis pour visiter les autres quartiers de Fez. Notre avion arrivant tard, Ayoub nous attendait avec un couscous maison vraiment délicieux.

la villa est magnifique très spacieuse et la piscine est très bien entretenue décorée avec goût la villa est moderne et dispose de tous les équipements dont on pourrait avoir besoin(cuisine extérieur barbecue....). l hôte est disponible et très réactif je n' hésiterai pas a revenir.

Nous y avons passé 3 nuits avec nos 3 enfants ados. L'emplacement est très central et pratique, la terrasse est super pour prendre le petit déjeuner ou se réposer. Le petit déj inclus était un vrai plus. Par contre, les 2 chambres du premier étage sont assez sombres. Dans l'ensemble, nous avons bien aimé notre séjour dans cette maison et nous y retournerions avec plaisir.

Je ne connaissais pas Fes. J'y suis allée seule avec mes 2 filles pendant une semaine. Notre avion avait du retard. sommes arrivées à l'appartement vers 2h du mat. arrivée sans encombre. les instructions étaient claires et notre hôte nous a contacté régulièrement avant d'être sûr que nous soyions bien arrivées. logement très propre, sécurisé avec beaucoup de rangements. la terrasse est commune aux 2 appartements de la résidence. centre ville proche et épicerie juste en face de l'appartement toute petite mais où on y trouve tout gérée par un commerçant accueillant et gentil. hôte très disponible et réactif (a changé notre cafetière défaillante en 10 minutes pour nous en apporter une autre, nous a conseillé pour nos visites de la ville, nous a aidé à trouver un taxi pour rejoindre l'aéroport....) . Cependant il reste très discret et ne se manifeste que si vous avez besoin de lui. je recommande cette adresse à 100%!!!!!

Es war alles Toll , die Host war immer für uns per Whatssapp erreichbar. Die Unterkunft war sauber und man fühlt gleich wie zu Hause. Ein paar negative Sachen die leider der Host nichts dagegen tun konnte, zum Beispiel dass das Internet die Ganze Zeit weg war und am 2 ten Tag der Wasserdruck bei Duschen sehr schwach war Ansonsten alles wunderbar

We had an amazing stay at this property! The owner, Benhaddou, and the manager, Drissia, were incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay.
