Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Oudon

We loved our stay here! It was a great value and plenty of room for our needs. The kitchen was perfect and equipped to make meals for the family. We really appreciated the large common area and it was just a beautiful apartment overall. Excellent location - steps to tram for the train and exploring further, with most everything we wanted walkable from the apartment. Tons of great restaurants within steps. A note for others: it is a 4th floor apartment with no elevator. We could manage but with kids and luggage it required a couple trips up and down on the way out. We also only had carry ons. I wouldn't stay here if you don't pack light!

Nous avons passé un très bon weekend dans le logement. La décoration a été réalisé avec goût, le logement est situé en plein centre ville permettant de d'accéder aux commerces/restaurants à pied. La communication avec Nicolas est très aisée.

Me alojé con mi familia 4 días y estuvimos como en casa. Espacios amplios, todo limpio, muy silenciosa y con muy buena comunicación. Un total acierto! Totalmente accesible con carrito de bebé.

Le logement est parfait, tres agreable et tres calme. Il est conforme aux photo et à la description. Les echanges avec Jovana se sont tres biens passés. Je recommande ce logement.

Nous sommes venu juste pour une nuit , endroit agréable ( meme si musique forte pas très loin ) nous avons bien dormi les matelas sont tres confortable. Le système pass pass est aussi très facile . Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

La maison est très bien placée, tram à proximité. Le garage est un plus. La maison est très fonctionnelle et très propre. Il est très sympathique d’avoir des dosettes à disposition (cafés et lave vaisselle !)

Ma meilleur expérience Airbnb !! Annie France est une hôte absolument adorable, qui a notamment été très clémente vis à vis de mon horaire d’arrivée très tardive. La maison est magnifique et l’espace dédié aux locataires est assez isolé de la maison pour bénéficier d’un espace à soit. Je recommande les yeux fermés !!

Le logement est très bien situé pour visiter le centre de Nantes et le quartier de la Beaujoire. Romain est accueillant et arrangeant pour les horaires, ce fût très appréciable.

Apartment just as described and shown in pictures. Located in a neighborhood away from busy areas, but right on a bus line that takes you into the city center. Several shopping options nearby for groceries. Loved having the patio/outdoor space. Apartment was very nice, not super child friendly as there are a lot of breakables and I was always terrified my kids would accidentally break something. Very well stocked to be able to cook. Didn’t realize at the time I booked that there was no air conditioning, and when we arrived it was very hot so we bought a fan and that cooled it off some. Totally my error but if you went it in the summer something to be mindful of. WiFi was great. Host responsive. Highly recommend.

Nous avons été très bien reçus par Viviane et Pierre. Le logement est tout à fait conforme à la description. L'équipement en électroménager est de qualité. La literie est très confortable. L'immeuble est très calme. L'emplacement de ce logement permet de découvrir et de visiter Nantes et les alentours dans de très bonnes conditions. La documentation fournie par Viviane tant pour l'électroménager que pour les idées de sorties nous a été très utile. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié les produits alimentaires (brioche, lait, jus de fruits) mis à notre disposition pour le petit-déjeuner.

Appartement très agréable, clair, propre, confortable, très bien équipé. Conforme à l'annonce. Centre ville facilement accessible à pied ou en bus (arrêt proche de l'appartement). Petits commerces à proximité. Très bon accueil de la part de Katherine. Location recommandée.
