Beautiful surroundings for walking/cycling and a small sandy beach in the river at 2 minutes walking.

We also love to cook outside, and when you need a BBQ or even a wood oven to make your own pizza's!, it's there! Inside there is already different kinds of tea and filter coffee and a coffee machine ready to use.

Wir waren mit paar Freunden für 3 Nächte in der Unterkunft von May. Jeder hat sich durchweg wohl gefühlt. Der Check-In war super easy mit Hilfe einer App. Die Unterkunft bietet genug Platz, hat eine super Lage und verfügt über einen Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. In 10 Gehminuten ist man am Bahnhof und kommt in kurzer Zeit zum Hauptbahnhof Rotterdams. Sollten wir nochmal nach Rotterdam kommen, werden wir gerne wieder bei May vorbeischauen! Klare Empfehlung!

Een mooie plek. En meteen de fazant met kuikens in de tuin. Prachtig mooie luchten gezien vanonder de overdekte veranda. Hazen en reigers. Koekoek en uilen. Goed geslapen op de knusse bovenverdieping. Mooi gestyled met oog voor detail. Die trap, woww.

What an interesting place to stay - very historic and clearly much loved by the family who own it. It is full of antiques, curiosities and paintings. We were bike touring so particularly appreciated the lovely hot shower and the sauna.

Heerlijke accommodatie! De check-in verliep soepel en het was prettig dat ik later op de avond kon aankomen. Alles was goed geregeld. De ruimte zelf was brandschoon en straalde rust uit — precies zoals op de foto’s. Je merkt dat er met zorg aan alles is gedacht. De host was erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam, wat het extra fijn maakte. Echt een plek waar je je direct op je gemak voelt. Heerlijk aan het water met prachtig uitzicht op de haven en historische panden! Een dikke aanrader!

Joke & Marcs place was ideal for us as it was well designed for a couple like us. The setting was peaceful and we could sit out in the evening with a drink overlooking the river. Everything we needed was provided and J&M were really friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend if you wish to explore South Holland.

Nous avons adoré notre week-end dans les caravanes. Quel bonheur de s'y détendre la soir après avoir crapahuté dans la folie d'Amsterdam et de Rotterdam ! Votre jardin est magnifique, d'un calme surprenant et où il est vraiment agréable de s'y détendre ou jouer avec les enfants ! Coup de cœur pour Bacon 🐖🐽 et ses copines 🐔🐔. Merci pour votre gentillesse, j'aurai aimé pouvoir discuter plus avec vous mais comme vous l'avez constaté, mon anglais est très limité 🤣. We have stayed at many homes over the years and this has been our best experience. The attention to detail was amazing aa was the customer service. The host even picked us eat the train station when we were delayed by several hours which our exhausted group greatly appreciated. We highly recommend this lovely property.
