Thanks to the Hosts for the welcome and flexibility. The place is like the pictures, very original for the happiness of the children! Just a small downside for the very steep stairs and the noisy street and people driving fast, we slept very little (may not be used to it). Xavier was very communicative in the build up to our trip. On arrival we met him in person and he was very friendly and had provided good information verbally and in writing about useful shops and directions etc. The place had lots of room, very comfy sofa and beds. Lovely garden. Also some games available at the house. Great location to walk into the Bruges city centre, about a 20 minute walk. Would recommend to others. Bruges is a wonderful city to visit.

The welcome was impeccable and our host goes out of his way to make us feel comfortable and allow us to have the best possible stay.

Everything as described. Beautiful house and ideal for those who want to stay in large spaces. About a half-hour walk from the center of Bruges in a quiet and easily accessible neighborhood. Short family stay in Brussels. The apartment is in a good location, quiet area easily accessible by tram, well-equipped, comfortable.

Excellent stay of 2 nights. Everything was compliant. Very good communication, the instructions were very clear. The 2 apartments were very nice, clean and quiet. Downtown Lens is within walking distance, parking nearby and street parking is also available. We'll be back at Caroline's place for our next stay here. I would highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay in Brussels from April 18 to 21 with our little one, and this apartment was absolutely perfect for us. It’s clean, cozy, and very well-located — close to public transport, shops, and cafes, yet quiet and peaceful. The apartment had everything we needed, and it was very comfortable for staying with a small child. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches and the warm welcome from our hosts — they were kind, responsive, and made us feel at home.

Everything was fine, just as described! Clean apartment and ideal location. Close to the beach, the Christmas market and the shopping street. Hanne kept us informed of how to get in and she also sent a message regularly during the stay. Highly recommended!

Apartment a little out of the way, but excellent for horse lovers (view of the racecourse), an extra place to rest, bedding and impeccable cleanliness, it was very nice. The stay was very nice. The room is perfect for a short weekend by the sea. The decor is very nice and the view was especially great. Fortunately, parking was free and only €10 for 2 days.

A lovely stay at Bart’s apartment. Was easy to find with helpful correspondence from Bart beforehand. Apartment was exactly as expected. Very clean and tidy with everything we needed for a short break. Location was 2 mins walk to the lovely sandy beach and lots of cafes and restaurants. Only a 5 mins walk into Oostende town as well. Superbly located for transport as well. We walked 15 mins to the train station and got the train to Bruges for the day. Also the tram is a 3 minute walk away. We stayed with 2 young children so the very large and sandy beach was a huge plus to have right on your doorstep. We got the ferry from the UK to Dunkirk and it was just under an hours drive to get there. The apartment couldn’t be located any better!! We will definitely be visiting again! Thank you
