Our lodge is equipped with all modern amenities, such as a modern kitchen, a smart TV and a Quooker. The cozy veranda is complete with a luxurious jacuzzi and wood-burning stove. You can view the many types of water birds and even the Kingfisher and the Cormorant come to catch a fish every now and then. The water is of very good quality and you can swim from the boat. You can also rent an electrically powered rowing boat from us to explore the area from the water.

Please note that the address is Achter Raadhoven 45A, a green garden door, and not Achter Raadhoven 45, where our neighbor lives. De Boomgaard (The Orchard) is in the walled garden of an 18th-century house on the legendary Vecht River, where Dutch country life was born. The b&b is a complete cottage of great charm and comfort. Guests have their own entrance, with free parking a few steps from the door. They have their own entirely private bathroom and kitchen.

Amsterdam can easily visit by train. This only takes you a 10 min walk and 25min train to Amsterdam Central station !
