Vacation rentals with lake access in Ouachita Parish

My family and I stayed here for Easter weekend fishing from sunrise to sunset!

Great place! Not directly in the water but just a short walk to the bayou at the back of the property! Great trees and serene surroundings. The cottage is very roomy, and Phil is great!

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The home was gorgeous and so clean. The appliances in the kitchen were new and easy to use. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony and watching the stillness of the water. The kids loved the game room and enjoyed playing ping pong. We all walked to the deck and went fishing and we caught about 5 fish! 🤗 The kids were so excited about that. We threw them back into the lake though.. The kids loved their room which had bunkbeds & all 5 kids were able to stay in the same room which was really fun for them. The bathtubs have steamy hot water! Most of all, I loved the small intricate details like the cross in the hallway, small angel statues in the kids room, and the books they chose for the bookshelf. I am so impressed with the intentionality they took with their home. 💕The owners are so friendly and sweet. We would definitely stay again.👍

This was my family's second Easter weekend at this lake house. It was just as peaceful and relaxing as the year before. We enjoy our time here because it is so peaceful, from the comfy beds to the wonderful lake views.

The home is beautiful and so peaceful. Everything that you need is there except your food . But we found a place not far off for some grilled fish and shrimp it was good . I loved the Deck on the back of the house the best place to watch the sun come up while having coffee . The house is very spacious And had plenty of room for our party of 10.

This was our second stay at Sarah’s Airbnb. It’s in a great location, peaceful and in a great neighborhood. The deck outback is great for fishing. Also Sarah is a great host!

Great place to stay in Sterlington. Close to everything you need in town. It doesn’t get any better than being on the lake. Ample parking and privacy from the main house on the property. We loved it and will rent again.

We had a great time! The house had everything we needed and the lake was a beautiful view!!

Beautiful sunrises, sunsets, scenery. Plenty of wildlife. Even photographed a bald eagle hunting on the river. Plenty of room inside for 3 people. Could barely even notice the creaking and waves at night. Secluded, yet close to city life. We did have a run in with some wasps, Brandon came out and sprayed for us. Overall, we enjoyed ourselves so much we didn’t want to leave!!
