We enjoyed every minute at the lake house. It was peaceful., so beautiful, and just what we needed! EvanWood was kind and quick to reply to any of our questions. If we have an opportunity, we’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend!

This place was great- actually a lot bigger than we expected. There was a musty smell when we walked in, but thankfully there was Febreeze provided, as well as anything else we needed. We could hear noise from the people and dogs upstairs, but I didn’t mind. I would definitely stay again.

My stay was absolutely perfect from beginning to end. I did not want to leave. Becky’s home is absolutely stunning, more stunning in person. The layout of the home is perfect, the beds are extremely comfortable, the pool, the lake, the sunrise, sunset, kayaks, beautiful sounds of nature, so much to do without having to leave… Becky is wonderful, she is quick to respond at any time, she is kind and ensured I felt right at home. I can’t wait to bring the kids next time!!!

Sommer's place was nice and roomy for our large family stay. We were in town for ULM graduation and it was nice to have everyone under the same roof and a comfortable place to hang out.

This home was absolutely gorgeous. It was very clean and spacious. The bedrooms were comfortable and clean along with the bathrooms. Kitchen was fully equipped and spotless upon check in. You couldn’t ask for a more nicer, cleaner, comfortable place to stay!

Beautiful place to stay if you're in the Monroe area. This was our second time to stay here while we were in town for baseball tournaments. It's very convenient to restaurants and very peaceful staying on the bayou. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. I highly recommend staying here!

My stay was actually a 10 stars out of 5. Ashlyn is an amazing host and her home is more than perfect. All the furniture was super cozy and I enjoyed chilling in the backyard. Definitely plan on booking this spot next time I visit.

The carriage house at Layton Castle was absolutely gorgeous. You can tell that Pam not only cares about the guest experience, but also the history and preservation of the property. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else next time we’re in Monroe. And it is abbbsolutely haunted (by very pleasant and humorous ghosts!) if you’re into that.

Our stay was great. We would definitely stay here again. It is noisy due to being right on the road, but it was still worth the stay.

Kristy is a great host! I have stayed at a fair amount of Airbnb's, Vrbo's, etc. and I can't say that I have found one where the kitchen was as fully equipped as this was. Just to name a few: water in the fridge, condiments, spices, coffee, enough food items that you can make a meal without having to run out for groceries, especially if you arrive exhausted. A nice array of snacks on the counter, a fruit basket. The dining room has the ambience of sitting in an elegant fine dining restaurant. This is truly a charming place to stay, I felt safe and very comfortable. I am noise sensitive and I did not hear anything from the surrounding neighbors. If I return to Monroe, I would definitely stay here again. It is evident that Kristy puts her heart and soul into this rental. Thank you Kristy for being a great host!

This was the perfect place to stay while celebrating my daughter's college graduation. My grandkids fished, threw the fish back in but it was still fun, we grilled and enjoyed the outdoor patios by the lake. its beautiful, inside and out and Shawnellen was very responsive.
