Our house stands on the edge of the forest and is in a large garden. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, directly under the roof. It is well equipped (see equipment) and is quiet. The nearby forest invites you to jog or go for a walk. We are only a 5 minute walk to the next bus stop. This line leads directly to downtown Darmstadt. The large garden including a playground and access to the stream can be used to relax, sunbathe, play with children, have a barbecue or have a nice evening.

A wooden deck area features two folding lounge chairs and a small side table, inviting relaxation. Lush greenery surrounds the space, with a tree providing shade. A wooden structure stands in the background, complementing the outdoor setting.

You will stay on the first floor of the newly converted farm building of an old farm. Large garden with paddock and 3 horses on a small stream. Don't be afraid of free-range chickens and our herding dog Jule. There is a bookable sauna and a small swimming pool. Seating area with fireplace in the garden free of charge. Cost for sauna is an additional €15 per sauna session for 2 people only by arrangement on site. Walking with the horses can also be booked.

Our modern furnished apartment with balcony is located in the attic of our house with great views of the forest, a larger pond on the edge of the forest and a small pond right in front of the house in the garden. Pure nature and relaxation are guaranteed - hiking, biking or just relaxing! Frankfurt, Heidelberg, Mainz and Wiesbaden can be reached in about an hour by car. A car is highly recommended - there is hardly any connection with public transport.

the only thing I didn't like so much was that the beds were separate in a double room, would have liked to sleep in a double bed. but otherwise everything was great

Thank you for the smooth and very friendly communication. Anja and her husband were extremely hospitable and very accommodating! The apartment was beautiful and modernly furnished. Free parking 40 m away and in a few minutes we were in the old town on foot. We'd love to come back!

A cozy, lovingly furnished apartment with a feel-good atmosphere. We felt comfortable and slept very well. We were particularly pleased with the little touches such as drinks and something sweet to welcome you – totally warm! The contact was always super friendly, accommodating, helpful and the answers always came quickly. Location is nice and quiet, supermarkets are close by.
