A beautiful and thoughtfully reconstructed house. It has everything you could need to enjoy a very chill time at the house indoors and outdoors or even cook a meal in. Kid friendly.Beautiful light. Beautiful views. Very convenient location. Kind hosts. We have stayed at a few places around town but this was by far our favorite house.

Clean and updated home in a peaceful location convenient for skiing. Many household items useful for cooking in. Hot tub and basement with activities for kids are a nice addition.

We’ve stayed at Skip’s listings a few times, and it’s been wonderful each stay. Skip is helpful and quick to answer any questions. Andes is the most beautiful town. Highly recommend!

We were looking for a quiet family getaway while visiting family in the area - this was the perfect place. The surrounding area was gorgeous, surrounded by fall leaves with a nearby lake to take in. Robert was a generous and responsive host - would absolutely recommend!

Great place to stay and super close to the mountain. We were able to walk back and forth. Place looked just like the photos too!

This was not our first stay and it won’t be our last. Convenient and walking distance to town and campus, as well as per friendly, this location works out perfectly when attending our student’s games or other events on campus.

A quiet and private area. A neighbor on one side but never heard or seen anybody. Plenty of room for the dogs to run and hiking trails across the street. It is well stocked but does need some updating.

Very large and nice open space in the house. Family of 6 felt very comfortable and we could have had more join. Quick drive to windham to ski and spent evenings in front of fire playing cards. Kitchen has everything you need for nights in.

Pristine clean, cozy, one bedroom condo unit located in Windham with seasonal access to tennis courts and a pool. Walking distance to the beautiful Windham Path. Slept better than at home in the comfy bed. Went for two days of midweek remote work. Agnieszka, the host, was gracious and responsive. The host obviously put some genuine TLC into this place and it shows. Browsed for books at Briars & Brambles, an indie bookstore in Windham adjacent to Windham Pharmacy. Purchased groceries and firewood down the road at Hickory Hill Market . Ate in area at Higher Grounds and Windham Diner. Living room has a fireplace with large screen TV just above. We had a great stay. The house is very big, spacious, well decorated and clean. It felt very cozy. The house rules were clear and the host was reachable at any time.

My wife and I stayed at Ron’s place for five nights for a winter getaway. We had a great stay, highlights include a comfortable king bed, a quiet setting, a cozy fireplace, and the large ground floor bathroom that feels like your own spa- we thoroughly enjoyed the sauna, huge bathtub, and rain shower. Ron was a great host and was very responsive with any questions we had. We spent many hours watching TV on the screen and projector set up, we grabbed more pillows from upstairs to add some more cushion to the leather couch downstairs.

Came up with some extended family and a pup for a long weekend. House was bright and clean and we loved the surrounding property. Hot tub was great as the temps dipped while we were there. house had a lot of original charm with many modern touches.

We were expecting spring weather for some activities around the area but ended up with a big snow day. The dome offered enough that we didn’t feel stuck even though we spent most of our time on the property. The photos are attractive already but we are still wowed when seeing it real life. It was a great and unique experience. It feels like one can always find some way to enjoy the stay regardless of the weather!

We had a wonderful time at Nick’s Place. Great wood cabin with very warm heating during our stay where we had a snowstorm. Very cozy and wonderful view of the mountains.

Excellent layout nestled in the secluded mountains of Upstate New York. The space has warm and inviting amenities & modern idealistic lighting fixtures. The host was very helpful & gave us our space to fully enjoy the space provided. I definitely would recommend it to any looking for a secluded retreat, with breathtaking mountain views.

My wife and I rented this place to have some alone time and what a great experience it was, we were welcomed with a bottle of local wine which was a very pleasant surprise…. Amazing location with incredible views! Having the Windham Path accessible right from the property was a major perk. All I can say is I can’t wait to return and this time bring my kids and possibly friends because the house is huge and can accommodate many guests comfortably. Thank you for a short but wonderful stay!

Jason's home was lovely and accurately described & appointed - my friends and I spent a wonderful weekend with our pups and were even blessed by some snow! The fireplaces (yes - two!) were a great add-on and we were super excited to relax and enjoy all the home has to offer. Thanks so much again Jason! :)

Great place! Great location. Perfect secluded place right nearby to Hunter Mountain. Great spot for a family ski trip.

We had such a relaxing stay at this house. The views of the countryside and the mountain were amazing. We even had a flock of turkeys right outside the house! We loved the deck, the outside space and the open concept kitchen/living room/dining room. Great appliances for cooking and a Keurig. The master bath shower was wonderful with the rain shower head. Great location that is close to town and restaurants. Perfect size for large families. Wished we could have stayed longer. We highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again.
