Cabin vacation rentals in Otsego County

Not only was this peaceful gem just like the listing. BUT the record collection and books are AWESOME!!!! The pet friendly fenced in back yard was spacious and well lit for our Great Dane puppy to run a frolic to her little hearts content. Cant build build a fire?(even though there was ample wood supplied)?? There’s a gas table top fire.. don’t feel like going out??? I made a homemade breakfast pizza and had all the cooking utensils I needed… I felt soo at home and at peace. And enjoyed a trip to Petosky and POND HILL FARM and the tunnel of trees. I JUST need to know one thing??? How much is rent, and when can I move in??

Came here for our anniversary getaway. We we liked the listing and we were even more impressed once we got there. He's more of a stay inside person so we didn't do much outside, plus I have thin skin, so cold weather is rough on me sometimes. Inside was great though! It was very homey. I could have stayed there forever. Living room made it easy to lounge and watch the TV. Dining room gave us the perfect amount of space to eat. Kitchen set up was perfect. Same for bathroom and shower space. But, the bedroom... where did that bed come from?! Was it made from clouds?! It was the comfiest bed I have ever slept on! I would definitely rent again! maybe when it's warmer for me though. lol We picked up food from The Rusty Pine. All of the food purchased there was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS. The pizza from Mio pizza was really good as well. I wouldn't hesitate to eat at either place again.

We loved staying at Navid and Julie’s place! It was a beautiful condo and setting! Very clean, peaceful and beautiful. We did have an issue with the driveway not being plowed when we arrived but Navid was diligent about getting that done. It was done later that night. We would love to stay again at this beautiful condo!

Enjoyed our second stay here with the kids and the dogs. The dogs loved all the open space and running through the trails exploring the property. Great place to get away for a few days with plenty of privacy.

Awesome place, perfect location for families staying in Walloon lake. Walking distance to the water, bars, restaurants, etc. Hot tub was nice touch!

Was a very beautiful and peaceful place in the woods. The hot tub was super clean, very cozy fireplace area, and the whole set up was just gorgeous. We had a really great experience! We also loved how they are stocked with all the essentials like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, q-tips, and everything you would need. The host was very helpful and responded fast.

Took my son and two friends for impromptu skiing over Spring Break, and Kyle's place was exactly what we needed. A bed for each person, two bathrooms, a decent kitchen (which turned out to be MUCH better than we expected), and a hot tub for sore muscles. The details: Kyle was responsive and gracious throughout; always there when needed. Good local information was provided, as well as water in the 'fridge, some snacks, and coffee. The kitchen was very workable, with everything I needed to make breakfasts and dinners each day. The "cabin" was immaculate and well supplied, with ample towels, comfortable beds, and cleaning supplies to keep things tidy (I'm a bit OCD on that). Were I to build an "escape place" up north to use and rent, Kyle's place would be a good template. We will definitely consider contacting Kyle again the next time we head up north - there's even a sister cabin if we had more people! I would definitely recommend this property with no reservations.

Awesome place, would definitely stay here again. It's got a great "up north" vibe. One thing to keep in mind though, the driveway is very steep. It snowed when we were staying here. The host did provide salt which was great, but still a little dicey with the steep driveway.

Everything about our stay was good except for a small hiccup getting into the cabin. Location is relatively close to Gaylord and Boyne Falls. I would definitely stay here again.

Had a great family ski weekend! The location right next to the slopes was great, as we had a few small children and could easily come and go. The cabin was clean, well stocked, and felt spacious yet cozy. We hope to be back!

Our family had a wonderful time at Wendy’s cabin. The yard was so peaceful, great sitting places and we enjoyed a bonfire every night. Such a beautiful, clean, and peaceful cabin. Beds were so comfortable and whole cabin was so clean. Close drive to everything downtown.

Very well taken care of. Great host, great experience. Would recommend to anyone. If your going in the winter you might want a vehicle with higher clearance or 4 wheel drive.

Five. Stars is not enough. This place was absolutely phenomenal. Will definitely be back again.

Amazing place! We loved our stay and fell in love with the area. Linda was super helpful as we prepared to get there and made sure we had access to the community pool, which was a blast!

The people at the ridge were very responsive. If we had any issues or were missing something they would send someone right over to fix the issue. Also they are very affordable and well worth the price. If we have another group golf outing we will be coming back to this place.

My friends and I very much enjoyed Williams cabin. It was the perfect relaxing space for some quiet time.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay it’s a cozy town home we loved the surroundings and communication with Devi was great they even warn us about a storm that was coming everything was great thank you my daughters liked it so much they said we need to come back soon!Also they were very welcoming to my fur baby coco he felt right at home too

Beautiful place on a beautiful lake

Ronda's place is so fun! It was exactly what we were looking for. A nice place in the woods that was secluded and away from the busy life. We had dinner in Gaylord and then stayed at the cabin all weekend. The hot tub, all of the games and the comfy bedrooms were worth the stay. We are planning to return this summer when we can utilize the outdoor space more including bonfire and grill. An amazing stay in northern michigan !!
