Vacation rentals in Othonoi

We stayed for a week in Billy, Lissie and Vivian’s place. We immediately felt comfortable and had a great time there as a family of 3. The place is very calm and relaxing and you can pick your lemons and oranges directly from the tree. The hot tub under the stars makes the evenings a real experience. Although we’ve shared the garden with Billy and Lissie we hardly met them outside, giving us enough privacy. I want to point out we rarely have met such caring hosts. Thank you for the great time!

Diese Unterkunft ist von der Lage und dem Ausblick etwas ganz Besonderes! Ich konnte gar nicht aufhören auf das Meer zu blicken, Sonnenaufgang und Sonnenuntergang auf der Terrasse zu genießen. Christina kam 5x/ Woche um zu reinigen, damit hatten wir gar nicht gerechnet. Sie und auch Panos, der Poolmanager, waren sehr freundlich und gaben uns Tipps für die Umgebung. Auch Marc war vorher erreichbar und sehr freundlich in der Kommunikation. Das kleine Häuschen liegt am Hang und ist vom Parkplatz aus über Treppen nach oben erreichbar. Es ist klein, aber fein. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend. Die Sitzecke (Sofa) könnte größer sein, wenn das Wetter mal nicht so gut ist, ist nur für 2 Personen ausgelegt. Wir waren zu viert als Familie dort, aber auch das war ok! Die 2 Schlafzimmer hatten jeweils ein kleines Bad. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und haben die wunderschöne Lage sehr genossen. We were an extended family group and stayed for one week. Maria (online)and her father Leo (in person) were impeccable in their care during our stay, even permitted us to stay an extra half day to await our flights as the villa wasn't booked until the following day. It's a lovely spacious traditional family home that warranted respect, set in a very peaceful location that had strict local quiet time rules . Conversely the overhead planes can be noisy as the villa does sit under the direct flight take-off path depending on the wind direction, but this didn't keep us awake at night . We were able to get taxis into the old town for approx 15-20 euros as it was mostly too hot for the 35min walk but we managed a daily 8min dander to the nearest supermarket and bakeries etc. I would probably hire a car if I were to stay longer next time. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend familia estates. Thank you again Leo and Maria! 😊

Ha sido una gran experiencia y la casa está fenomenal, tal y como se describe en las fotos. La casa está en una zona residencial con acceso directo a la playa y tumbonas con sombrilla. Es cierto que es aún no está al 100% de servicios pues está creciendo y abriendo nuevos restaurantes, pero sí tienes posibilidades para comer. Eso sí el precio medio de la zona es alto. Del alojamieno, el menaje está muy bien, tienes toallas y aire acondicionado; lo único que echamos en falta fue el microondas. La comunicación con Luiza fenomenal y siempre atenta. Sin duda, recomendable 100%

Το κατάλυμα της Μαρίας στο χωριό Βελοναδες ήταν πολυ καθαρό , σε ήσυχο και χαλαρωτικό περιβάλλον, προσφέροντας όλα όσα χρειάζεσαι για την διαμονή, ο οικοδεσπότης πολυ κατατοπιστικός , πρόθυμος να σου εξηγήσει ότι ρωτούσες . Η τοποθεσία του αν και φαίνεται ότι είναι λίγο απομακρυσμένη , τελικά είναι σε παρα πολυ καλό σημείο για να εξερευνήσεις τη βόρεια Κέρκυρα .

Fation’s place is a gem. It has everything you could wish for, luxurious design along with all the amenities necessary, and of course the place is amazing. Although mid October, I was still able to spend some time by the beach and even have a dive in the beautiful sea. Highly recommend.

Amazing stay! There were 4 of us and we felt very comfortable for a week, but it could easily fit up to 5 people comfortably, even 6. The place was nice and modern, excellent location made even better from the included buggy service. Recommended for everyone who wants a quiet and relaxing vacation in one of Albania’s best beaches ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wir hatten einen Tollen Aufenthalt bei Eleni. Die Lage ist ruhig und der Weg dorthin ist gut beschildert. Man hat seine Ruhe. In der Unterkunft ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die Unterkunft macht einen neuen renovierten Eindruck. Eleni ist sehr freundlich und hat uns einige nützliche Tipps (Restaurants, Strände) gegeben. Sie war immer schnell erreichbar. 10/10

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Maria et sa famille sont adorables et très accueillants. Gâteau fait maison à notre arrivée et nous avons eu la chance de goûter aux loukoumades pendant notre séjour, excellent ! L'appartement est très bien équipé avec une terrasse avec une superbe vue sur la mer. Le ménage est fait 2 fois semaine et les poubelles sont vidées tous les jours, c'est un vrai +. Le jardin est parfait pour les enfants. La plage de sable est à 400m au calme avec des eaux peu profondes, idéal pour la baignade. Un grand merci pour tout !
