Vacation rentals with a patio in Otaru

Three people stayed well for a week before heading out. If you walk 5 minutes from the subway station, there is a 1-minute Nanboku Line, so it's good to come from Sapporo Station. It's close to Susukino, so there's a lot of good food. I recommend the cocono food court.

Responsive host. Only a 3 minute walk to the metro. A Lawson's across the street. Washing machine with a rack to wash and dry your clothes. Big enough apartment to relax after a long day of sight seeing. A view that's absolutely stunning. A little more pricey than some hotels in the area, but with a view like that and apartment style it was worth every penny.

You can walk to Susukino, The room was also clean and comfortable. I'd love to stay again if I ever go to Hokkaido.

The location was convenient to the subway and Nakajima Park, and plenty of restaurants and shops. I loved sitting with a cup of coffee at the big balcony window, and the bed and couch were very comfortable. It was so helpful to have laundry and drying rack and clips. And it was very fun to play Super Famicom! We did have some minor concerns: we are still not sure how we were supposed to get into the lobby to get upstairs to the lockbox for our key (eventually we just followed someone else in who had a key--we were tired and may have missed an instruction?). Also, we were generally familiar with how to operate the water heater and laundry, and separating trash, but more information on these topics may be helpful for future guests! Finally, there was a strong solvent smell in the hallway, but thankfully this was not noticeable inside the unit. Regardless we enjoyed our stay very much overall and wish we'd had more time to stay longer. ありがとうございました。

This location is fantastic for walking around from Sapporo Beer Museum to Odori Park. We went to the latter for the snow festival in February and it was amazing to have such a close home base for our exploration.

amazing place, highly recommend. centrally located, close to everything you could want. bars, restaurants, parks, subway. the view from the balcony is amazing 🤩.

It was a clean and good place to stay.

We stayed on a family trip this time! All the location rooms were great and the whole family was very satisfied. I'm talking about wanting to stay again in the summer. It was unfortunate that the sauna was broken. We enjoyed the bedrock bath! I also enjoyed sightseeing in Hokkaido. My time with my family in the house was even better. It's a really lovely place!

What a perfect spot to stay for my family’s winter vacation! The snow was epic! The local resort, Kokusai is great and Rusutsu and Niseko are also a bit further on to explore. The studio’s central location is walkable to good restaurants and numerous beautiful onsens. It’s clean, warm and comfortable and had everything we needed. Neil was a fantastic source of local knowledge, which was very helpful in the authentic town of Jozankei Onsen. Highly recommend this place!

This was the best Airbnb I stayed at in Japan. Hideki and his wife are now my family. We shared meals and had great conversations. They are very sweet and generous. They were a pleasure to be with. I stayed a full week and wish I had stayed longer. The area is very quiet and peaceful. It’s great for walking or going for a run. The train station and the stadium are both very close and Hideki drove me and picked me up each time. Amazing! Highly recommend!

I stayed with the family in Sapporo for a week, sharing their daily life. Every morning and afternoon, I watched the kids go to and come back from school—they were so lively and adorable. I was really happy to have the chance to interact with them. I’m also grateful to my host for inviting me to join them for ice fishing and hot springs, giving me a taste of what it feels like to be a local.

It's worth taking a bus to Susukino! It was about 10 minutes on the bus to Aeon Mall, and I was satisfied.

The city and accessibility were good, and I was thankful for using it conveniently.

It's a clean and modern house. The bed was big in a room with two beds, so it was okay except for the part where there was no space for luggage. The bed was also comfortable. However, the room was a little cold. It's a great value.

Great place to stay- we would stay here again. Our unit had a beautiful view of the water! Was a little challenging to find because it doesn’t line up with Google maps address, however the pre-check in package provides very detailed instructions and map links and even an image to give you an exact idea of the location. Location is super convenient and easy to access tourist locations- shopping street, canal, 17min walk from two train stations. Only thing we noticed was that our unit had very minimal dishes and kitchen items. Would have been challenging to cook a meal. This didn’t affect us because we ate out but just something for GPT to consider! Place was very clean and a great size for two people. Would recommend.
