The parking lot is convenient with a back entrance to go up and down your luggage directly We also drive hiace carbin for easy parking The interior is large and comfortable to live in

i didnt try the train, but recommended if you have a car, parking was available and easy access to major roads

I stayed for three weeks, but I didn't find it inconvenient because it was fully furnished.There are supermarkets and restaurants about 15 minutes away on foot, so it's no problem to buy or eat anything you need.

Everything explained with images and explanations for the stunned and exhausted tourist The apartment is 15 minutes from the subway, but a few hundred meters from a bus stop (although in the city buses are slow due to traffic) But if like me you're slipping on the ice (bring crampons for shoes in February!), and you have luggage, the bus is convenient The apartment was very clean and tidy, and there is an elevator, so it's not a problem for those with mobility difficulties Very convenient washing machine, and the stove allowed you to regulate the temperature Small kitchen but more than enough Clean sheets and towels Quiet neighbors, a little noisy on the street with the snow cleaning (but of course it's not the owner's fault!) I recommend it to individuals, couples, small families

15 min walk from Odori/city center. Lots to do. Nice location on the river. We would stay here again.

Amazing stay.. we had an incredible stay at Yoko’s place. From the moment we arrived, it was very welcoming, communicative, and make sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was good, close to nearby attractions, making it easy to explore the area. The little touches made all the differences.

Struggled with the check-in and checkout system especially when our party arrived at different times. Another set of keys would have been useful, but otherwise all good. 2 toilets and 2 showers was good for party of 6.

This was a great stay! Sen was so sweet and very responsive. She was flexible with check-in and check-out and the place was very clean! Would definitely stay here again.

I used it as a base for going to a ski resort near Sapporo, and I was able to spend a pleasant time from the moment I entered because the host had the heater on.Communication was smooth, and I was grateful for the detailed adjustments, such as check-in time and amenities.

Another perfect stay Stayed for seven nights One room on the second floor, two underground rooms, each with en-suite with toilet bath, the bed is comfortable and comfortable to sleep every night.
