Dylan’s place was such a great place for me and a few friends to stay! It was super cold outside when we went but the hot tub was perfect, the place was clean and spacious, and it was super easy to get in. Honestly so great for a get together staying with family or friends and the house gives you a lot of fun things to do!

This apartment is beautiful and in the best location, located above several restaurants. I highly recommend getting a sandwich from Nora’s or a panini from Port City. The drinks at Southern Fare and the Rooftop are creative and delicious. Parking is really easy and we always had a spot by the door. Instructions for check in and check out were very clear and minimal. Will definitely stay again!

From the moment we stepped foot in the door we felt at home—and booked for next year before the end of our second day! We traveled with 3 English Bulldogs. The property was conducive to letting pets out easily (recommend a 20-30 foot dog run cable and use the back door out of the bathroom to let pups out). This home has everything we needed to feel comfy— ample towels, blankets, seats, wood, and space. The dock is wobbly, but safe. We enjoyed magnet fishing off of it (but didn’t find much). The boat house is a cool spot to hang out or fish— we enjoyed watching the ice build/break from the comfy chairs inside. Ample pillows and blankets. Recommendations to bring: playing cards or games (backgammon and some puzzles in the rental), galoshes to play in the creek, a fishing pole (and your fishing license) and a hobo pie maker!

Great house directly on the lake. We were able to walk directly on the ice and get to some terrific fishing grounds. Heated floors were nice when we came in from a long day on the ice. House was suitable for 5 adults, probably could have housed a couple more. The location was right where we wanted to be. 10-20 minutes drive to restaurants or bars.

This place...is a glitch in time....a special wrinkle that only folds for you and your family; encapsulates and hugs your soul. The outside property was still, quiet, serene. The kids and I had fun exploring the land and were tickled to find woodchucks' artwork. The house itself had any amenity you needed: well stocked kitchen with pots, pans oils and spices, tons of dishes, glasses, mugs. The living room was spacious with enough seating. Bedrooms were well-appointed and trés chic, with super comfortable beds and cozy comforters. Loved the upstairs office area and book nook; we used it all! The hot tub and grill were an awesome added bonus. Thank you again for letting us stay in your charming, beautiful, great-vibed space!

Brian was a great host!! He was very responsive and made sure everything went well during my stay. Even when Airbnb made a mistake in my billing, Brian was transparent with what happened and went out of his way to right the mistake. The property was very nice. Y'all, do NOT miss out on this stay. This is an excellent and cozy accommodation within walking distance to several great places to eat, including modern fares and fine dining. If "adult drinks" and live music is your flavor, have no fear there's plenty of that very near to hear/here.

This stay was great! Don was very friendly and communicated well! He offered to come tidy up the home as we stayed for an extended amount of time, made sure there was salt available as we stayed in the winter months and overall made sure our stay was comfortable! Backwoods BNB was a fantastic place to stay. Having been there for a fishing trip it was very centrally located to every place you would want to go in the area. All the amenities you could ask for and more. Alycia was a great host and communicated well throughout. Hope you be able to stay there again some day!!

Overall an amazing stay. Beautiful home and the jacuzzi was a plus. The only thing I would say was a little bothersome was we were able to hear the neighbors upstairs but other than that it was a fantastic stay. Would highly recommend this place.

This is one of the best AirBnBs we have stayed in—from Montreal to Washington, DC, to Maine. The decor is lovely and the thoughtful touches truly made our stay enjoyable. I will be returning to NY frequently over the next few years and I hope to be able to book with her again and again.

Very nice place only issue is room with double bed is as described ,the room with twin is small and the two twin beds are a trundle bed which is fine for kids but hard with adults. other then that room was very nice.

The Farm House Lodge was a great decision for our group of snowmobilers. After finding out that the Tailwater Lodge was full, with no vacancy’s, I was able to download the Air B and B Application on my phone. It appeared that everything was booked due to a busy weekend full of snowmobile events. I was able to locate the Farm House which is right next door to the Tail water Lodge. After talking to the friendly host, this house was for our group. The Farm House sits directly on the trail and easily accessible from the back yard. From pictures and description it was hard to imagine this house, but it’s beautiful broken up into two suites on the first floor that each have their own bed, little kitchen, bathroom and living room with a pull out bed. The upstairs has a master style bedroom and bathroom, along with another room with bunk beds. All the rooms share the master main kitchen, along with a great room that had a pool table and tv. Great experience with the host and I would come back

Vernon & Merrie were wonderful hosts and were always very responsive before and during our stay. The house is a perfect fit for 2 families. It is very spacious and we felt like we had 2 homes in 1 with 2 full kitchens. This was a huge plus as our stay was over Thanksgiving and the extra space with 2 refrigerators, multiple ovens, etc… all came in handy. The house is very well stocked and it’s clear the hosts put a great deal of care and thought into creating a great vacation for their guests. Highly recommend!

Alice is a fantastic host who is easy to communicate with and provided a lot of help during our checkout. The location of the property is excellent, just a five-minute drive to the shopping mall. The house is clean and tidy, with plenty of supplies available. Our family had a wonderful weekend here. We highly recommend Alice's property to all families.
