One bedroom, one studio room (guestroom with a kitchen), one bathroom apartment. Will comfortably accommodate from 2 to 4 adults. Fully furnished: double bed in the bedroom with a wide wardrobe all-along one wall. Fold out sofa in the studio. All necessary kitchen equipment (pots, pans, cups, cutlery, etc.) including a dishwashing machine. The bathroom has a bath tab, toilet and a washing machine. TThe apartment is one of the 4 apartments in the house with friendly neighbors who will kindly offer you to have a cup of freshly made coffee on the porch. You can sweeten your coffee with a freshly baked croissant that you can buy at the local pattesserie right across the road (open every day to 6pm, Sundays to 1pm) For your convenience, there is a free parking place in the front of the house. It will take you 5 minutes to drive to the center of the city where you can park your car in a numerous pay for parking lots. It will take you about 40 min to drive to the famous Europa Park - the largest theme park in Germany You can also take a train or/and a bus to the city, the train station is a 3 min walk and the bus station is a 1 min walk from the apartment. It will take you 10 minutes to train/bus to the center and 7 minutes to the railway station.. A direct train will also take you to the biggest shopping center in Strasbourg (Galeries Lafayettes) in only 10 minutes. If you are in the mood to walk, there is a beautiful park spread along water channels within a 2 min walk from the apartment. The park is well equipped for walkers, runners and children with a number of playgrounds. Depending on the season, one can see ducks, swans and otters along the channels. It is also a pleasant 15-20 min walk along the channels towards the historical site of Starsbourge “The Little France” and 25-30 min walk to the Cathedral. Ideally located 7 km from Strasbourg, 10 minutes from Germany, a pleasant 2-room apartment on the mezzanine floor of our house with an independent entrance. No smoking allowed Dog-friendly. You are less than an hour from Obernai, Rosheim, Colmar, Mount Sainte-Odile, Haut-Koenigsbourg, the Alsace-Lorraine Memorial, etc. Large playground 15 minutes away
