Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Ostuni

Pleasant accommodation on the ground floor, 12 minutes walk from the center. The terrace and parking are a real plus. The apartment is spacious, nicely decorated, and Michele is very friendly and helpful. A few small maintenance and equipment adjustments would make everything perfect, but overall we were very pleased with our stay.

We would recommend this apartment to anyone! Only 5 minutes walk into Ostuni’s old town and main square it’s a perfect location to explore Ostuni and in walking distance to lots of lovey restaurants. The apartment has an amazing terrace and lots of traditional character. Andrea was a very responsive and helpful host who went out of his way to help.

Wim’s place is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for a family vacation. It was nice to be away from people and to finally relax. Stefania was kind, helpful, and personable. The home offered what we all needed. We cooked the majority of our meals and the kitchen had everything we needed. Wim was proactive, and provided a complete guide to all things Puglia. Unplugged and unwinding is the way of life in Serranova.

Great location- parking was a challenge but we soon worked out how to do this with some input from Paiola. The property was very clean and clutter free whilst still being welcoming. Any issues Paola was super responsive and sorted things immediately. Although restaurants and cafes nearby the noise did not bother us at all

Villa Batu is a beautiful place to stay in the Puglia area. Two wonderful big bedrooms, and a great kitchen with lots of useful utensils (most well equipped kitchen we have stayed in). The outside area was really the star of the show though; there were multiple areas to sit to capture the sun throughout the whole day. A wonderful outdoor dining area, sun loungers and comfy seats throughout. The pool was superb. The location is peaceful, quite and serene. Would highly recommend a car as there aren't any shops/restaurants, etc. within walking distance nor any buses. Note for future guests - use Google Maps to navigate to 'Villa Batu' (it takes you directly there). Ilaria, the host, was excellent - responsive to communication, kind and helpful. And Michele, the caretaker, was also very helpful and good communication. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend this wonderful location and Villa Batu - it really is one not to miss!

We love staying at Titty’s home! An authentic Italian apartment, so cosy, with a gorgeous rooftop with sea glimt and beautiful flowers. The apartment is located near everything, the neighborhood is quiet and feels safe. We would love to rent this house again another time!

The most incredible home we have ever stayed at, it felt like a dream. Mario, was a fantastic host, the house was beautifully decorated, the view was stunning, the location was 10/10. We will never forget our stay at Casa lleana, and hope to come back again!

We absolutely loved our stay at Erika’s place! You’ll need a car to get there, but it’s the perfect getaway to relax and unwind. It’s also close to many of Apulia’s most popular spots. There were great restaurants just 5–10 minutes away by car. We also really appreciated the quick communication with Luca—any requests or issues were handled promptly. We’ll definitely be back!

We had such a wonderful stay here! The renovation of this former fisherman’s house has been so well done, with such a good use of the space, we felt right at home. The location was great for us, stunning views of the sea, and right next to a lovely spot for swimming and sunbathing. Very much a local feeling compared to the centre of town! A nice walk to the centre, about 20 minutes, alternatively a very short drive. Plenty of parking right opposite the house. Flavio was a really attentive and kind host throughout our stay. Nice little touches like a bottle of wine and a snack on our arrival as well as restaurant recommendations, even offering to reserve tables for us. We arrived on a national holiday, so the parking was busier than usual, but Flavio had saved us a space which was very considerate!

I honestly couldn’t fault one thing about this stay. Ada truely made you feel like a part of the family and we were sad to leave! Breakfast every morning was delicious and had a beautiful outlook to the ocean. Ada is a beautiful soul and her place reflected that, everything was so well thought out, the view was magnificent and she gave us lots of great recommendations for the area. Hopefully we are able to come back!!

The apartment was as depicted in the photos and had a fantastic view of the Agean. Marialessandra and her husband were very helpful in arranging safe car accommodation given the lack of car spaces close to the apartment. They were also very helpful with providing local information about attractions, shopping and restaurants even though we arrived late due to a traffic incident. Marialessandra and her husband were super hosts. Whilst the apartment is small, it is well formed for an enjoyable stay.

As per all previous reviews, what a great little BnB. All the details have been thought of and a great place to escape the city but well located for a lot of the places in apulia. Great host who goes out their way to make your stay as good as it can be with some very strong recommendations for chilled beaches and local pizzeria. Thanks a lot Amelia.

Our time in Taranto was truly wonderful—this fantastic apartment made all the difference. We would recommend it without hesitation!

Livia’s place is lovely, a very short walk and you are in the centre of everything. It’s a 15 minute walk from the station so easy to do with bags. It was a nice quiet retreat as well. Livia was very helpful with providing local Information, we had a lovely stay.

The location for this rental was amazing. The unit is right on wall of the Old Town of Ostuni, with easy walks through the streets to many great restaurants and cafes, and lovely views of the Apulian countryside and sea from the terrace. The check in was easy and facilitated by the host, who showed us around the unit and gave us a long list of recommendations for activities to check out. The view from the apartment is unbelievable and the furniture on the terrace made it easy to spend time enjoying it. We had a wonderful stay in a beautiful city!

We had a wonderful 5-night stay at this property. The house is spacious and even more beautiful than the photos. The large pool was a great bonus, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing. The check-in with Clio went very smoothly: we arrived late, and she made it easy for us to do a self check-in with a key box, which was very convenient. The provision of a baby cot was also a great plus for our stay. The proximity to the town of Ostuni is a major advantage, allowing us to explore the charming town and enjoy delicious dinners. We highly recommend this place and would love to return!

A magical place, in the true heart of Polignano, close to everything to do everything, embedded in the stone as per tradition, with a large terrace that is really livable to crown a dream. Mariella is a wonderful person with rare availability, we will be back very soon and will recommend her to anyone.

I can say that it's the best Airbnb I've ever used. It's a really short walk to the beach, but it's in a quiet location. Now 5G internet works well. And the house is really clean, probably because the host manages the house himself. I feel sorry for wearing shoes and going in. And Adriana is really, really kind. Everything is perfect, I highly recommend it!!!

We were two couples visiting Ostuni making it our second base for exploring the region.We were both delighted with the apartment its location and facilities and felt it met all our needs.The design and decoration of the property had been carefully crafted and was clean and comfortable and surprisingly spacious.The two bedrooms and bathrooms on separate levels allowed privacy.Only concern for some maybe the stairways whilst they are in keeping with the character and age of the property however they are incredibly steep and need extreme care and may not be suitable for all.The air conditioning was effective and very quite..It’s in a good location we found street parking nearby and walked to nearby better of town easily.The overall decor design and furnishings have all been beautifully chosen.We have appreciated it all .Thank you

Annachiara welcomed us and was always responsive to our requests. Casa Carucci is an excellent discovery: beautiful place, very well maintained by Antonio, who gives an extra soul to this place. He is a person of great kindness and generosity. This stay would not have been the same without all his little touches: Milskake, ice cream, bruschettas and refreshing drinks as well as the vegetables from his garden made available. We can only advise you to stay there. We'll be back without a doubt :-)

Giuliano's cottage is cozy, offering all the essential amenities for a comfortable and peaceful stay. It is located in the historic center of Ostuni but is easily accessible by car. The terrace is beautiful and the house is well-kept. The homeowners are available, caring and attentive without being intrusive and they also left us small culinary gifts. We felt right at home.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon, and this Airbnb was absolutely perfect. The apartment was not only beautiful and spotless, but the balcony truly made it extra special. We loved enjoying our own little aperitivo outside each evening — such a dreamy touch! Domenico was incredibly kind and helpful, sending us a fantastic list of local recommendations, from grocery stores to restaurants and beach clubs. The location is also ideal — just a 10-minute walk into the heart of town, which we really enjoyed. We also had a rental car, and having accessible parking nearby made everything even easier. We absolutely plan to return to Polignano, and when we do, we’ll be staying at Domenico’s place again. Thank you, Domenico, for a truly wonderful stay

We immediately felt at home in the trullo, which is very attractively furnished, and in the beautiful surroundings. Pasquale always had good recommendations for restaurants or events from stock. We would highly recommend recommend staying!

The apartment is in a great location. Walkable to the historic district and many restaurants. Smaller than what it seems in the pictures but comfortable for 2 people. All necessities are supplied. Host was responsive to all questions (even on a Sunday! I sent the non urgent question labeled "for Monday" but got a response on Sunday the day I sent it.). Apartment was very clean. Only two things: parking is not super close (because of the location of the apartment in the historic district) so if you are traveling with a lot of luggage.......be aware that it will not be easy. This is not unique to this apartment but any location in the centro storico. We were going to be traveling a fair amount to adjacent towns on our rental car so we rented a private parking space so there was no hassle finding parking in our return from our expeditions. The other thing is that a few things in the welcoming pamphlet need to be updated. Highly recommended for a 2 person stay in Monopoli.
