Grandma's Vejminek is a very cozy cottage for 4 guests, exceptionally 5. As soon as you enter, there is a back door and hallway from which you enter a bedroom with a bathroom. The bathroom also has a fireplace stove. Behind the back door, you can see the toilet and there is a corner with a washing machine next to it, or you can climb the stairs to the first floor. There is a living room with a large sofa bed and another sofa bed. Next to it is a dining room and a kitchen behind it. The kitchen is fully equipped. The house also has a large terrace overlooking Lysa hora and Spruce.

Put your feet on the table and relax in this quiet, stylish space. A cabin on the edge of a forest with a perfect and unique view. A place to clear your head, but you'll also roast sausages with the whole family. From spring overlooking a blooming meadow and natural garden, in winter with a crazy toboggan run right next to the cottage. Parking in the woods by the cottage is only possible by car with a 4x4 drive. In another case, it is possible to leave the car under the hill, about 400m from the cottage (maximum 2 cars). The reward is the most luxurious view far and wide.

If you are ever in Slovakia, this property is a must stay. We stayed for two nights and found ourselves constantly saying that we could stay for at least a week. The cabin was extremely well equipped and spotlessly clean. The surroundings are beautiful with rolling hills and grazing sheep and the wood burning sauna was the icing on the cake. We had a hard time leaving but promised ourselves we would return next time we are in the area. This is one of those properties you will find on a “best Airbnbs in Slovakia” list. 100% recommend. Thanks Lenka!

Beautiful, modern, new and clean accommodation in a quiet location. The house is fully equipped with everything you need for everyday use. Nearby are the two highest peaks of the Beskydy Mountains, namely Lysá hora and Smrk. If you come from the peaks to the village of Ostravice, you can enjoy delicious food and drinks in the Beskydy brewery. If you want to take a short walk from the place of accommodation (about 2km), you can visit the nearby cafe PePe bakery&coffee, where they have excellent coffee, great desserts and even Pilsen beer. Peter is a very accommodating host, responded flexibly to questions and had no problem with anything. More helpful and positive people like him. It's definitely not the last time, and we'd love to come back.

We were happy with the stay, the place was as described, it was in a nice location. :)

This place was great in the middle of beautiful Beskydy countryside. It's quite solitude, but a trip to Lysa Mountain. The place was very well equipped and everything was clean. I was given detailed information on how to find the place prior to arrival. You can get there by car or take it with a nice walk from the train. Thank you very much for a nice experience :) I would recommend this place to all ten.

This place is a gem. Located quite high in the hills, accessible only on foot, away from civilization, and yet you'll find everything you need. Perfect if we need to run away from people and spend a few days with ourselves in silence. The perfect sauna. The host is very kind and prompt in answering any questions.
