Nachází se v samotnému centru, přitom v bytě je kouzelný klid. Hned pod bytem se nachází pekárna a 2 skvěle restaurace jsou do 3 min chůze od domu. Jednoznačně apartmán a Porubu si ihned zamilujete.

V okolí je rozsáhlý les a kilometry cyklostezek. 10 minut chůze vlakové nádraží a autobus. Vhodné pro rodiny a skupiny přátel. Domácí mazlíčci vítáni. V zimě se topí v krbových kamnech dřevem.
