Easy check in. No problem with parking , 15 min by foot to the city center. Very nice park by the river just next to the apartment. Everything was nice and clean. No problems with contacting the owner. Thank you Ewa 😊

It was the best accommodation during my month-long trip to Europe. You can see the famous hotel from the window, and I enjoyed the view of the city every day while looking at its beautiful exterior. There is also a room with a grand piano, where you can spend a more elegant time than in the suite room. Hot water in the bath is available 24 hours a day. There was a dishwasher, washer, and dryer, which helped during my stay. The room was spacious, quiet, and I had a relaxing private time. The kitchen has everything you need, and you can buy anything at a nearby supermarket. There is also a large shopping mall that is open on Sundays. It would be impossible to find a more perfect space than this. I definitely recommend it.

We felt good at Mr. Roman's place and most importantly, it was safe in what location we were in. The apartment building was also great. I am very respectful of parking that is behind the gate and no one else has access to it, as well as cameras in the property. As for the cleanliness of the apartment, it would need a good job, but I'm cleaning like a monk or less demanding is definitely enough. Otherwise, the apartment was relatively fine.

We greatly enjoyed our stay in Ostrava. The apartment is located in a quiet area. The apartment itself is quite spacious and equipped with all the necessary basics. The check in went smoothly, the host is really responsive and friendly. There were even complementary drinks offered which was super nice. We would definitely stay here again.

My mom and I stayed here for a few days and really enjoyed our time. The apartment is very well equipped and exactly as described. The two bedrooms are completely separate (which is not always the case in many places!) and everything was spotlessly clean. We felt at home right away. Communication with Bedřich was easy and friendly – he responded quickly, explained everything in detail, and check-in was super smooth. We arrived by car and always found a parking space nearby without any problems. There’s a supermarket within walking distance, and the tram stop is also very close – just three stops to the city centre. I would absolutely recommend this apartment if you’re looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay!

the property corresponds to the description. We reached without problems by taxi. The host accepted as promised. I liked everything, but only there was not enough washing machine, but this was written right away when booking. The host was tea, answered all questions and helped. I recommend!!!

The apartment was GREAT !!! New, clean, welcoming, well-decorated. The relationship with the host is perfect. Shops, restaurants, cafes... all nearby. The parking in the underground enclosed parking lot was very pleased. Recommended.

Great accommodation near the city center. The place was clean, matched the photos. Everything is clean and ready for us. The owners were very kind, accommodating, communicating quickly and were very helpful. We stayed with a small daughter and it was a perfect place for her. (silence and darkness at night, safe in the home…) Overall, we felt at home and if we were looking for a place to stay in Nový Jičín again, we will definitely choose this place again.
