In a separate part of our house, you will find this guest house with your own running. Compact living with fully equipped kitchen, total and shower as well as sleeping loft. In the sleeping loft there is a double bed, a single bed and a travel bed for children if desired. Here you are surrounded by fields and meadows as well as 950 meters to wide sandy beach. Walking distance to restaurant and tennis courts. Grocery store, more restaurants, paddle court and golf course you can reach in 15 minutes by bike. Need to know; the stair to the sleeping loft is very steep.

Panoramic view of the Baltic Sea, 15 meters to the beach with jetty and beach cafe. Fall asleep and wake up to the soda of waves. Two beds where you are on the front row and look out over the sea. Kitchenette with two stovetop, microwave, coffee maker, fridge and freezer. Small dining area, two armchairs, TV, Wi-Fi. Bathroom with shower and wc. Large terrace, barbecue. The house is in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Bus stop and train station with good public transport.

Cottage located one kilometer from very nice sandy beach with jetty. Close to Bedinge and Abbekå golf course. Bicycle path to Ystad and Trelleborg. 4-5 restaurants within a 5-6 km radius, as well as grocery stores. The cottage has two double beds, TV room as well as simpler kitchen with fridge, hobs and oven,. Toilet with shower cabin. Terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue. Bed linens and towels are not included in the rental rate. Located in an unobstructed location on the Skåne plains next to our own house. Nearby, our horses roam the meadow.

Picturesque Skånelenga west of Ystad

Renovated meadow of 90 m2 from the 19th century. The house was built on 10 years ago and is today a completely separate part of a larger residence. It has its own entrance and patio/small garden which is surrounded by walls, and therefore appears as a completely undisturbed residence. Private parking lot. Lovely location in the countryside along a gravel road with farms and fields around. Perfect for a small family with young children or a couple who wants a quiet place. Söker du ett boende nära hav, havfiske ( havsfiske 1:e mars - 30 sept) och med gångavstånd till underbara Hörte Brygga eller bilavstånd (5min) till Mossbystrand. Huset är vårt gästhus som har en egen terass med vy över havet. Ni delar vår trädgård och utomhus parkering på tomten. Huset har hästhagar och åkrar runt knuten.
