The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Welcome to an idyllic guesthouse dating back to you! Here you live peacefully among fields and greenery in the completely renovated stable which is a 1.5 level villa of about 150 sqm. The accommodation has a large landscaped garden, "Ola's garden", which is 100 years old. The garden is full of leafy trees, flowers and plants that make every season unique. There's also a pond, a rose walkway as well as a lot of berries and fruits. The house has a sauna and a fire place. The bus to Simrishamn and Ystad stops right outside the house.

The annex has six beds (two in a sofa bed), a modern kitchen with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster. In the bathroom there is a shower, washing machine and dryer.
