The farm is located in the heart of Österlen, in the middle of the picturesque villages of Skillinge and Borrby. A stone's throw from the sea and Österlen's most beautiful beaches. On the farm live ducks, roosters, chickens, cats and dogs that roam freely. They are happy, curious and will greet you with a "woof" every time you come. During the month of July, there are also many grandchildren here - they also run around.

The nearest neighbors are 100 meters away, so the house is very private. The patio is private and perfect for children and animals to move freely without risking running out on the road. The farm is surrounded by fields that give it an open and bright feeling. It is walking distance to the sea and the beautiful long beaches that Österlen is so well known for.

This is a remote place for nature lovers or to stress down! Situated in the middle of a nature reserve, the guest house is at the edge of a forest and offers a view into the valley. You can experience the sound of silence, the whistle of birds of pray and the cry of the owl at night. The reserve is known for its large variety of wild life including eagles and some rare frog species. At night the stars are visible from your window. The nearest shop is 7 km away, 2 km to the next bus station.

Garden with barbecue. 3 km to supermarket, pharmacy, health center etc. To Malmö and Copenhagen just over an hour's journey. 6 km to white miles of beaches. Art, culture and foodexperiences beyond the ordinary around the corner.

The house is 75sqm with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, glassed-in, insulated porch with separate study corner, located on a 1500sqm detached forest plot, with a private access road. Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.
