The farm is located in the heart of Österlen in the middle of the picturesque villages of Skillinge and Borrby. A stone's throw from the sea and Österlen's most beautiful beaches. On the farm live ducks, roosters, chickens, cats and dogs that roam freely. They are happy, curious and will greet you with a "woof" every time you come. During the month of July, there are also many grandchildren here - they also roam freely.

In its heyday Kvarnbygård was a thriving farmstead, now carefully renovated to keep its authentic charm. Nestling between the Österlen coast and rolling farmland. Set in its own peaceful acre of meadows and orchard, with terraces for sunbathing or star viewing. Surrounded by famous beaches, nature reserves, renowned bakeries and cafes, farm shops, fresh fish and even a Michelin star restaurant. Across the cobble courtyard we produce our own organic ice cream. It is a gastro tourist paradise.

The kitchen will be renovated in February/March 2026.

The house is 75sqm with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, glassed-in, insulated porch with separate study corner, located on a 1500sqm detached forest plot, with a private access road. Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.
