Österlen - 150 m to sea and a lovely beach !

Guest house is located about 150m from the beachesand parking directly on the plot. Contains 2 single beds (incl. duvet and pillows) that can be moved together, toilet + "trinett kitchen" and separate shower with separate entrance. It is popular to jwalk on the shore of the several km long beach and finish with a dip before breakfast.Restaurants from organic/vegetarian to 2 star Michelin within 10 min by car. Check-in Saturdays after 3 pm, check-out Saturdays before 11 am. No smoking ! Welcome!

Separat del av hus i Örnahusen nära havet (700 m) på härliga Österlen. Huset smart inrett med två helt separata lägenheter där lägenheten vi hyr ut har: egen ingång, stor uteplats, dusch, toa, tvättmaskin, kök, cyklar, 6 sängplatser (2 dubbelsängar + 1 enkelsäng + 1 bäddsoffa). Huset ligger bredvid gammal skola & detta huset är tidigare lärarinnebostaden. På Österlen är det nära till allt & finns massor att uppleva: bad, stränder, mat, dryck, kultur, vackert landskap, vandring, golf, padel etc.

Big old farmhouse in Österlen close to the sea

Our farm is located in Örnahusen, on beautiful Österlen at the tip of the east coast. It is a perfect place for a wonderful holiday for the large family or two. The nearest neighbors are 100 meters down the field, so the house is private. The garden is large and perfect for children and animals to move freely. The farm is surrounded by fields that give an open and bright feel with lovely sun sets. It is walking distance to the sea and the beautiful long beaches that Österlen is so famous for.

Modern cottage in a quiet forested area, only 100 m from the beach with its characteristic fine white sand. Child friendly (100 m to the nearest road, and virtually zero traffic). Both cottages shown are for rent, this ad describes the larger one on the right. It was built in 2002 and has an open plan with a large sleeping loft with headroom for adults to stand. Drapes for privacy at night. The host Maj lives in a house 30 m towards the beach and is available whenever she isn't out golfing.

Välkommen till egen lägenhet på andra våningen i detta rymliga hus i hjärtat av Österlen. Här bor man i ett vackert 20-talshus med närhet till Österlens hela utbud av stränder, sevärdheter, gallerier, restauranger och mycket mer. Bussen mellan Ystad och Simrishamn stannar i kvarteret intill och i byn finns mataffär, bageri, apotek, bankomat, mm. Boendet har tre rum för upp till fem gäster, ett välutrustat kök (nytt pentry) med utgång till balkong (sol större delen av dagen - söder/väster).

Välkommen till ett idylliskt gästhus med anor! Här bor ni fridfullt bland åkrar och grönska i det totalrenoverade stallet som är en 1,5 plans villa om ca 150 kvm. Till boendet finns en stor anlagd trädgård,”Olas trädgård”, som är 100 år gammal. Trädgården är full av lummiga träd, blommor och växter som gör varje årstid unik. Det finns även en damm, en rosengång samt mycket bär och frukter. Huset har bastu och öppen spis. Bussen till Simrishamn och Ystad stannar precis utanför huset.

Own apartment on our farm in Hagestad village on the countryside. Built in 1850, completely renovated July 2019. Self-catering. Fully equipped kitchen. Towels and sheets included. Garden with barbecue. 3 km to supermarket, pharmacy, health center etc. To Malmö and Copenhagen just over an hour's journey. 6 km to white miles of beaches. Art, culture and foodexperiences beyond the ordinary around the corner.

Nyrenoverat charmigt gästhus

Granne med vidöppna fält, några nyfikna kossor och nära till det mesta av vad Österlen har att erbjuda! Ett lugnt, harmoniskt hem med öppen planlösning av kök, matplats och vardagsrum med stora fönsterpartier som släpper in naturen. Då vi bara hyr ut när vi själva inte är där finns tillgång till stor trädgård, uteplats i kvällssol och stort orangeri för lång middagar.
