Vårt kära " Grändhus" helt nybyggt för vår familj och vänner samt för andra gäster. Vackert beläget på Östra Stranden - en orörd oas bland fiskarlänger och sjöbodar. Rogivande promenader längst Östersjöns strand. Bra badmöjligheter. Njut av det vackra Söderslätt med många utflyktsmål och golf. Utmärkt utgångspunkt för både besök i Malmö, Skanör-Falsterbo, Köpenhamn. Buss ca 100 meter - tåg till hela Skåne och Danmark från Trelleborg. Passande för ett par utan barn. Värdparet bor i "Strandhuset" och "Sjöboden" i närheten och finns tillgängliga vid behov.

There are no kitchen but a refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker and electric kettle, as well as bowls and cutlery for two. The big room has a double bed 180 cm, and in the other room has a sofa that can be embeded into a 140 cm wide bed. A foldable crib is also available in the apartment. There is no public transportation to the accommodation - nearest bus stop is about 3 km away.

Här råder lugnet på landet men det är korta avstånd till fina stränder, Malmö och Köpenhamn. Vi välkomnar gäster till renoverat källarplanet som är ca 60 m2, i vår gamla villa från 1929. Det finns värmegolv, öppen spis, tv, dusch, bastu, badkar, Nespresso, micro, wifi och egen ingång genom carport och verkstad. Obs! Inget kök. I sovrummet finns en 160 cm säng och i tv-rummet en bäddsoffa (140 cm) Ni är välkommen att vara i trädgården som har en uteplats i hörnan. Eftersom det är trappor ner är det inte handikappvänligt. Det är gratis parkering på gatan men datumparkering.
