Our employees lived in the flats offered by Jürgen for several months in total. Obviously, during this time there were situations that required immediate solutions and host intervention. Jürgen always responded promptly to our requests and solved the problems that arose. Communication was excellent, the host always responded to our messages within a couple of minutes. There are also no comments about the apartments themselves. Everything was as stated in the description and also the pictures did not differ from reality. We would recommend Jürgen and his properties.

Frank was an amazing host and was very attentive to our needs. He provided water and coffee which was really nice. He took his time to walk us through the apartment and showed us how things worked. The apartment was extremely clean and peaceful. I would recommend his place to anyone visiting the area!

Perfectly located apartment with many stores and restaurants within walking distance or a short drive. I really like having the car parked in a garage rather than trying to find a place on the street. Despite being in a busy part of Kaiserslautern it was quite and peaceful at night.

Very nice personal reception (although a key safe is available), a short "tour" of the apartment and immediately the question of whether we need anything else. The apartment itself is sufficiently large and well-equipped. There was nothing we would have missed. Here you can sleep well (really a very quiet location). So, it may well happen that we come back next year ;-)

Beautiful clean apartment and uncomplicated, nice communication with the hosts. There was everything you need in the apartment. The area is good, there is a wooded area within walking distance for walking and there is also a nice restaurant with terrace. The only drawback was that you could hear the highway quite well.

My mother stayed in Ludger's apartment for 5 weeks. The apartment is modern and well-equipped for extended stays, with nearly new appliances in very good condition. The location is convenient, with several grocery stores nearby and easy access to public transportation. One thing to note is that the floors can be quite cold during winter months since the apartment is on the ground floor. Ludger was easy to reach, and always ready to help whenever needed.

The accommodation has everything you need and much more. It's an oasis for anyone who needs a break from everyday life. Communication was great.

She was more than accommodating and even helped me with dinner when she realized I wouldn't get any due to the late hour. I heavily enjoyed my time here in this peaceful residence. We highly recommend the place. There are many things to do in the surrounding area. The apartment was perfect for the weekend as a group and we would go back. Unfortunately, the beds are a bit worn out and there are many trees between the walking path and the river so you cannot walk directly along the river in this section. But there was nothing more to complain about. With the key box it was very straightforward and the rooms and amenities in the place were great. Everything was clean. The hot tub was also a highlight. Quick accessibility if you have any questions. Value for money was also good. I'd love to come back:)

Blerand was super friendly and showed/explained everything to us. The place is as described and very clean in itself. Unfortunately, the walls are a bit thin, so you should keep to the quiet hours at night. Everything is great. We would spend a weekend here again :)

We had a great time as a couple in the apartment and felt right at home. The location is beautifully quiet and perfect for switching off, there are hardly any neighbors and plenty of privacy.
