Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis. Mountains right behind the house with several hiking opportunities, and lake below. In summer, a SUP board can be borrowed by appointment. The hosts live in the farmhouse (the largest house) in the yard. In the yard there are also 3 cats, 5 rabbits, and currently 2 ponies. Otherwise, many mountain hikes and hiking opportunities on Osterøy, e.g. Bruviknipa, Kossdalssvingane +++ Distance to Bergen: 32 km, about 35 min by car. You can take the train from Arna to Bergen, it takes about 20 minutes.

The cabin is located 30 minute drive from Rosendal and Jondal, 20 minute from Odda and an hour walk from beautiful Bondhusvannet. The cabin is on the 2nd floor + loft. Private cabin on the 1st floor, with direct connection to the quay and jacuzzi. 2 bathrooms, with shower and toilet. 3 bedrooms (7 beds) and loft with sofa bed. Byrkjetunet Gard is a farm in quiet and peaceful surroundings on Osterøy. Here you can stay in the farm's apartment, where you have your own entrance and terrace. The apartment has a bedroom, open kitchen solution, sofa corner and private bathroom. There is also a sofa bed so that more people can travel. Here you live surrounded by idyllic westland nature on all sides. It is a short distance to the lake for fishing, swimming and great mountain walks. Animals are of course welcome with us 🌻

Solbakken Microhouse

The micro house is located in peaceful and scenic surroundings in Solbakken farmyard on Os. In front of the house is Gallery Solbakkestova with its associated sculpture garden that is always open to the public. Around the house goats graze, and you have a view of some free-range chickens, and some alpacas on the other side of the road. The house has terraces on both sides, where it is lovely to sit and take in the surroundings and feel the peace. There are also great hiking trails nearby.

Sunny cabin by the lake - only 1 hour from Bergen Here you can enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the lake, take a dip on hot summer days (or a bath in the jacuzzi) Rowboat at your disposal from the 2026 season from April to October. Outboard motor available at additional cost. (use of motor, boat license if you were born after 1980) Fine hiking areas in the high mountains or in the lowlands. May be available for private guided tours in the nearby mountains.

Apartment 5 min from Åsane

Cozy apartment on the 3rd floor, with one bedroom. Nice glazed balcony that can be enjoyed all year round. Frisbee golf just nearby. 4 minutes walk to the bus stop. The bus goes directly to Bergen city center, every 10-20 min. Stops at Åsane terminal. Free parking in the street, and paid parking right outside the block. Also possibility for charging in the parking lot.

Charming cabin in Bruvikdalen

Our cabin is for rent. It is peacefully located by the eastern lake in Bruvikdalen. About 1 hour from Bergen city. Possibility to borrow two kayaks and a small rowing dinghy. Rispingen, Olsnessåto, Høgafjellet and Bruviknipa with new sherpa stairs are some of the great mountains that are within a short distance from the cabin.
