What a lovely stay! The farm is so peaceful. We went with friends and our 13 month old daughter who loved seeing the sheep, and running around the yard. The place was fantastic for kids (high chair, crib, toys). We had the best time walking around the property, cooking delicious food, going in the hot tub and we even took the boat out for a special trip! There’s a sauna 10 minutes down the road which was a treat. Easy 1 hour drive from Bergen. Highly recommend!

Jannike was friendly, helpful and kind. She was very communicative in advance of our stay as well as during the stay and had some brilliant recommendations. At all times she was wanting the best for our stay and was quick to reply and help wherever necessary. We would love to come back and the whole stay was a delight!

A very nice location, we used the boat and kayaks a lot and of course also caught fish. Jan responds very quickly. Everything is available in the house and we enjoyed it very much with our family.

Great location - close to center but in a very quiet and peaceful area. The apartment was very nice and looks just like the pictures!

We had a great stay at Håkon’s house for our 1-day trip to Bergen. The house is located on a relatively quiet street, which mostly has pedestrian and bike/e-scooter traffic. This also means that there is no parking options right next to the house, however, we found several parking options close by, so this turned out to not be much of an issue for us. The house was clean and comfortable and featured all the amenities we would usually expect. When considering this house, please be aware that all bedrooms are on the second floor and the stairs going up to these are steep - hence, if anyone in the group has walking difficulties, this could be a problem. Otherwise, we would fully recommend this house to other people traveling to Bergen.

We had a great holiday staying at Katerina's apartment. lovely walks nearby, good bus links into Bergen and supermarkets nearby. both Katarina and Jarle were great sources of information and very attentive. Thank you.

Very nice place and cabin. We had a wonderful stay. Especially the barbecue hut was very cozy.

Therese’s apartment was very comfortable and well equipped for eating in or having a lazy morning at the apt. All our activities were within walking distance. We also enjoyed neighborhood restaurants and beautiful enjoying sunsets off the balcony. Therese was very responsive to any of our needs.

Christen is unlike any other host. He met me at the bus stop and helped me with the luggage. He has a handwritten book of recommendations on where to eat and what to do, along with helpful instructions for the stay. He had left a bottle of wine, and cookies and coffee for me, which was very thoughtful. The place is super walkable to the city centre and the tour/airport bus stops. While central, it’s also tucked away from all the city centre madness and thereby offers a quiet and relaxing place to stay after a busy day of exploring the beauty of Norway. Christen was very friendly, flexible and welcoming. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a central place to stay in Bergen (as long as they don’t mind climbing up a few flight of stairs). Thanks for the lovely time in Bergen, Christen! Hope to stay here again when my travels bring me back to the incredibly beautiful city of Bergen. :) Cheers!

Wonderful view, big house, much space, perfect place to relax and to visit Bergen.

We had an amazing stay at Helene’s small beautiful farm. We loved everything about our stay: the little cute cabin, the baby lambs and their moms nearby, and wow the rushing creek, old saw mill, and the available canoe with the enormous, gorgeous lake to paddle on made the visit unbelievably beautiful. The refrigerator in the cabin was helpful as was the modern bathroom in the barn. The old stove was fun to cook on and we loved having a wood fire outside too. Note to other visitors: This is an active, working farm—a great place to relax and learn and you will also get a little muddy.

Sveinung and Kristine were great hosts. They were very informative regarding the area and gave us useful tips. Ours was a long stay and they were very accommodating, they were always very nice. The house is very cozy with everything you need, and it's located in a very beautiful street. We had a great stay.

We spent 4 nights in this accommodation and everything went wonderfully well. The apartment is clean, well-appointed, very functional and the view of the fjord is beautiful! We really enjoyed the balcony too. Access to the city center by bus is very easy, and can also be reached on foot. I highly recommend this listing!

This was an absolutely an amazing place. The pictures give you a great sense of how beautiful this setting is. Per greeted us upon arrival, and said goodbye to us as well. He’s a very nice person with a great deal of information about the area. Wish we could have stayed longer. Wonderful place!

Quaint and charming. Close enough for a easy walk into the heart of the city but far enough away to be out of the hustle and bustle

We loved staying in Torstein’s Bergen apartment. The location was perfect, right downtown and so close to everything we wanted to see, while still being quiet and peaceful at night. For anyone traveling with a car, Torstein helped us find a convenient parking lot about 2 blocks away which was super easy and about $30 USD per day. Torstein was helpful and responsive, and the apartment was spotless. Would highly recommend!

Amazing deal! Easy check in. We checked in really late through self check in instructions. Bergen can be a little pricey so having parking on the premises is absolutely necessary and a great find. She is so responsive and we spent so long chatting. She is the nicest host we have ever had. Her place is a historic house and is very beautiful. Easy 15-20 min walk from the center with public transportation a short walk away. Cannot recommend enough. Thank you so so much❤️

Marita and Tomas are very nice, warm people. Marita greeted us upon arrival and showed us around and explained things (e.g., how to access the kayaks) in a very clear and unhurried way. They both did a fantastic job communicating with us before our arrival, and provided lots of helpful advice while there (e.g., recommendation of a wonderful restaurant in Bergen). Although Tomas and Marita live on the floor above the Airbnb flat, we never felt “crowded” by them. In fact, at my request, Tomas was able to respond immediately to come down to help us figure out the TV…and he was incredibly good natured about it. Location was terrific, too: close to Bergen and all it offers, including the focal museums, as well as minutes from an excellent University of Bergen arboretum & botanical garden. Highly recommend this place, as well as Tomas & Marita as people!
