In the middle of the protected landscape area is this cozy 60 sqm country house apartment. It is located on the 2nd floor with beautiful views. A sports room and a communal terrace are available and pony rides for children are available for an extra charge. In addition, the Hochmoor is suitable for long walks or jogging laps. The A 23 can be reached in 4 minutes by car and from there you can quickly get to Hamburg. The third sleeping place is on the sofa with sleeping topper.

There is a kitchen with stove, oven and refrigerator, a shower room and bedroom with double bed and TV. In the immediate vicinity is a small lake. The rural quiet location is ideal for a break, bike tours and inline skating, but also offers a good starting point for trips to the North Sea and the Baltic Sea or to Hamburg, Kiel and Glückstadt.

The scenic surroundings in and around Kellinghusen offers many possibilities for outdoor activities, e.g. for canoe tours and excursions by bike. The outdoor swimming pool of Kellinghusen is right around. The train station from Wrist with train connections to Hamburg, Kiel, Neumünster, Pinneberg and Elmshorn is only 5 km away.

The bathroom is equipped with, shower, toilet, hair dryer and towels. Air conditioner is bookable. Pets are welcome. The room can be completely darkened. Opposite is our bistro/cafe "Uncle Paul", where you can reserve a table for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Anliegerstraße. Die Nachbarschaft ist nett und freundlich. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem 4 Familien Haus. Man braucht zu Fuß ca. 25 Minuten zum Bahnhof. Er befindet sich mitten in der Innenstadt von Elmshorn. Außerdem erreicht man Hamburg mit der Bahn innerhalb einer halben Stunde. Man kann sein Auto direkt vor der Haustür parken.
