Beachfront vacation rentals in Östergötland County

We had a fantastic week on the island! The weather played along and the light was just wonderful. Wille and Anna-Karin are very attentive and at the same time reserved hosts. Our two children spent a lot of time with the very friendly dog Bruno and explored the island with him. Anyone who can manage with relatively simple but beautiful accommodation (outhouse, outdoor shower and sink) will like it very much there. Please note that a car must be parked for a fee on the mainland for the period of the stay and that you need a water taxi to and from the island. We definitely want to come back.

We were positively surprised immediately upon arrival. The property is surrounded by nature, large and well maintained in a quiet location directly on the lake. The large terrace goes over 2 sides of the house and has a large table and a small cozy sitting area. The house is bright and spacious. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need. From the living room you have a beautiful view of the lake through the large windows. We slept very well in the double bed with firm mattresses. Unfortunately, the bathroom is a bit small. From the boat we caught a pike. There is a fish otter nearby and you can watch ducks and geese. The sauna is small but hot very quickly with little wood. Monica was very friendly, available at all times and very helpful. (She even brought us 2 wheelchair ramps for our son.) Our vacation there was fantastic ! Thank you Monica !!!

Nice host and beautiful surroundings through the interaction between human animals and nature ! Nicely arranged without electricity and water!

Very nice accommodation with private terrace, only a few meters to the water, city reachable on foot within 10 minutes. We felt very comfortable.

Pia is a very nice, open, helpful person. The plot is super nice and the lake has very clear water. We are already thinking about booking our next holiday there.

Nice host with prompt responses. The area was quiet with a playground right outside the door. 30 min walk and 5 min by car down to the city center. Goran's girl friend even offered to lend us an old car.

Amazing communication, fantastic location with bubblepool. Your own parkplace and a really calm area with nature around it. You will love it!

Lovely cabin situated right next to the sea. We were two families who spent a weekend here while visiting Kolmården and the cabin was perfect for that purpose. The hottub was an extra bonus that we all liked.

Very nice stay with two families in the comfortable and cozily furnished house of Sandra and Peter. There is more than enough space for 10 people. Our children also had a great time and there were plenty of opportunities for them to enjoy themselves in and around the house. The lake with beach is a few meters away. In addition, the nearby cute village of Gränna and the historic island of Visingsö were nice to visit and you can enjoy hiking in the wooded area. In short, very nice holiday and we thank Sandra and Peter for the hospitality!

Great house in great location. If you like it quiet, with many opportunities for extensive walks in the archipelago, this is the place to be. Plenty of space for 4 people and a dog. 2 terraces to always soak up the sun. Super nice landlords, always available and very helpful. We had a wonderful stay at Magnus & Silke! Thanks for that...

Susanne’s place is cozy and feels like home. Air conditioner heats up the house enough. Hot tub usage makes this place unique and very comfortable. The beds are great. We slept very good. The instructions are very clear and Susanne is very responsive in case of any doubts. I’d love to come back one more time in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at the Cottage. The view on the lake is simply beautiful, the surroundings perfect for a hike or walk and the house itself very cozy and equipped with everything you need.

The house was great! The hot tub was really nice and also the sauna! Can really recommend the place. Very nice surroundings and you feel peace and quiet. Leif was a perfect host. Great, clear and quick communication. Happy to go here again!

We had three beautiful days on the small island. Especially the kids enjoyed the stay very much. In the evening we could make fires and enjoy the tranquility. Unfortunately, there were also many mosquitoes, but we were prepared for that. The location is very nice and quiet. The accommodation itself is very simple, but with everything you need. Refrigerator, gas stove, etc. worked perfectly. The outdoor shower also serves its purpose. Communication with Peter was great and very fast. Definitely to be recommended.

Kristofers and Maria's place is exactly as described! A cabin surrounded by nature, very quiet, perfect for relaxing. The cabin is older but cozy, everything we needed was available. We were swimming in the lake every day, often on the bathing plate all alone, used the tranquility on the terrace to read and in the evening when it was fresh the fireplace was heated. Since the supermarket in Finspång is a bit away, we always baked the rolls ourselves in the morning, the oven in the kitchen is old but works great. If you don't feel like it: There is also a smaller supply of food in Igelfors, just a few minutes by car. We thoroughly enjoyed the quiet time and would come back any time!

We had an amazing week at Hasselö! Boden is just the right size and very cozy. We felt truly welcome and at home. Lina was very friendly and helpful. Everything was great!

Dear Marie, Hendrik, Bo and Nils, Our stay with you was perfect. You were always around when needed and always friendly and helpful. The house was beautifully furnished and nicely decorated. Everything was clean and tidy. The view from the master bedroom in the morning is amazing – I never used the curtains because I wanted the first thing I saw in the morning to be the lake.
